Not reliable. We purchased a tour to Uyuni with this agency and had an unpleasant and unsafe experience. Driver Expert (it was only driver, not Guide), housing on the edge of decency, absence of oxygen in the car (we had been guaranteed by the Venezuelan guy who works for the agency in San Pedro). Everything seemed improvised. Not recommended.

We did the hidden lagoons of Baltinache with the company. WORST experience possible.
First they arrived with an old FORD, full of dust, uncomfortable, without air conditioning and the driver always kicked to "fit" the tire.
The guide was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing and the driver drove thinking it was a police chase.
We were literally eating dust the entire way and it was even difficult to breathe, not to mention the heat.
The cocktail they serve after was the worst possible, in a ridiculous quantity, everything was gone, there was only one bottle of pisco.

We booked an English speaking Astronomico tour with Salar Andino. We arrived at the office (as instructed) at 9.20. We sat on a bus and then we're left in a field with 3 other people for 2 hours while the guide (the only person who spoke any English) took another tour (we think, that was never communicated to us). We were then taken to have photos (apparently, again no English spoken), no idea where these photos are as no English spoken. We then had 20 minutes of stargazing with the guide between 11.55pm and 12.15am. We spoke to the guy who sold us the tour, he refused to provide any sort of refund and while we spoke to him he 1. Ignored us 2. Ate a sandwich 3. Went for a shave in the bathroom 4. Swept the office. Absolutely awful company, save your money and book with someone else.

Very good experience of the tour, especially the guide/mechanic/cook/Dj/historian/doctor/photographer Alfio Choque (alfi) and of course highlight his kindness and disposition during the stay in Bolivia.

Terrible service, we only came to San Pedro for 4 days and they failed us on two tours, the astronomical and gayser.
For the gayser they didn't even pick us up, we waited from 4 to 5:30 and nothing. I do not recommend it. They don't respond to absolutely anything. It seems like a scam

In a nutshell:
Faulty van, not a sprinter. Dangerous.
Really bad service, not professional or friendly.
Tours are rushed. What they sell is not what one gets.
If you were with us on the tour go ask for your money back, as they gave us.
Whole explanation:
We did the Lagunas de Baltinache tour today and it should had been a totally different experience.
When we arrived the two salespeople in the office were not really into selling much. The information was vague and the mood a bit depressing.
We were sold a tour on a sprinter, departing at 14.20, visiting the lagunas, and then a cocktail and the view of the sunset. The price was 30K each (including my 2yo daughter) plus the 5% extra as we were paying by card, plus the entry at the lagunas. They are very unprofessional as they pretend you believe one gets a discount if paying cash, but it is the opposite.
We were on time on the departing location, but had to wait standing, with my little daughter, for 45min. Daniel lied to us several times promising the sprinter was arriving anytime. Also we were told that the sprinter was coming from somewhere else as there were a couple of elders who had to be picked up.
When the van came it wasn’t a sprinter, it was a very run down van that was showing two alarms (no enough oil, and not enough pressure on the wheels, very safe), it was incredibly dirty, and one of the seatbelts wasn’t working, also no elders, all BS.
The lagunas are nice, but we were rushed around. And finally we didn’t make it on time for sunset and we’re also rushed as the guide had to be on another tour soon.
Before departing Daniel said I could get a compensation for the delay. When we came back to the office he didn’t mention a thing about it, and I had to say so as it is really bad service. They gave us the 5% extra that one pays if paying by card. Which is peanuts and not worth it when you have two days in Atacama and are losing so much time. It just wasn’t about the petty cash, but the unprofessional attitude.
