Pésimo servicio, solo vinimos a san pedro por 4 días y ellos nos fallaron en dos tour, el astronómico y gayser.
Para el gayser ni siquiera nos pasaron a buscar, esperamos desde las 4 hasta las 5:30 y nada. No lo recomiendo. No dan respuesta a absolutamente nada. Pareciera Estafa

A cidadezinha é pequena e rústica (adorei), os passeios foram maravilhosos, Geiser, Vale dela Luna, Pedras Rojas, Lagoa Baltinache, Astronômico. Vá conhecer!

A BIG NO!
In a nutshell:
Faulty van, not a sprinter. Dangerous.
Really bad service, not professional or friendly.
Tours are rushed. What they sell is not what one gets.
If you were with us on the tour go ask for your money back, as they gave us.
Whole explanation:
We did the Lagunas de Baltinache tour today and it should had been a totally different experience.
When we arrived the two salespeople in the office were not really into selling much. The information was vague and the mood a bit depressing.
We were sold a tour on a sprinter, departing at 14.20, visiting the lagunas, and then a cocktail and the view of the sunset. The price was 30K each (including my 2yo daughter) plus the 5% extra as we were paying by card, plus the entry at the lagunas. They are very unprofessional as they pretend you believe one gets a discount if paying cash, but it is the opposite.
We were on time on the departing location, but had to wait standing, with my little daughter, for 45min. Daniel lied to us several times promising the sprinter was arriving anytime. Also we were told that the sprinter was coming from somewhere else as there were a couple of elders who had to be picked up.
When the van came it wasn’t a sprinter, it was a very run down van that was showing two alarms (no enough oil, and not enough pressure on the wheels, very safe), it was incredibly dirty, and one of the seatbelts wasn’t working, also no elders, all BS.
The lagunas are nice, but we were rushed around. And finally we didn’t make it on time for sunset and we’re also rushed as the guide had to be on another tour soon.
Before departing Daniel said I could get a compensation for the delay. When we came back to the office he didn’t mention a thing about it, and I had to say so as it is really bad service. They gave us the 5% extra that one pays if paying by card. Which is peanuts and not worth it when you have two days in Atacama and are losing so much time. It just wasn’t about the petty cash, but the unprofessional attitude.

Queria deixar registrado aqui minha total satisfação com a empresa Salar Andino, em especial a Gaby que me proporcionou uma experiência fantástica no deserto do Atacama e na travessia Uyuni desde atacama. Empresa responsável, profissional competente sempre disponível a ajudar no que for preciso, super indico e com certeza irei retornar!

Fizemos 9 dias de viagem ao Atacama + Salar de Uyuni e fechamos todos os passeios com a empresa Salar Andino. Foi uma experiência incrível e deram todo o suporte necessário que precisamos para que pudéssemos realizar os passeios com qualidade.

O atendimento da Gabi fez toda diferença na hora de escolher à agência, ela passa confiança e explica todos os detalhes. O guia Ronaldo fenômeno foi outro funcionário espetacular, tirou até várias fotos legais com toda turma.

Es tercera vez que solicitamos los servicios de Salar andino y siempre nos sorprenden, muy responsables, destacan en sus tours, hacen que cada viaje esté llena de buenas experencias.

Just finished an epic 3 days adventure from san pedro to uyuni. After travelling south america for 2 months, this remains the greatest adventure. Our driver Jonny guided us safely through the dramatic bolivian andes, and gave us loads of knownledge about the many locations that we visited. We really couldnt be luckier with our driver!!
