The guide took me to the bus where the boss was sitting and then they started talking among themselves in Croatian and the boss insulted me by calling me hysterical and saying that you shouldn't waste time on people like that! !! Very unprofessional, you work with people who have a feeling of fear of the unknown and you wish you were treated more sensitively!!!!!
