Arun is a first class guide, good company, has a great standard of English and is very knowledgable about Tea manufacture plus the life and culture here in Kerrela. We had a terrific trek with D Adventures. Thank you Arun. Do book a trek with him. We certainly recommend him.

We had an amazing mountain walk through the tea plantation with stunning scenery. Arun is a friendly, informative, passionate guide. Would highly recommend.

I did a trek with Arun in the area of Yellapetty and had a fantastic time. Arun is an engaging and talented guide who’s able to relate well to people— not to mention a great walker who’s passionate about the mountains and natural heritage. He has an acute eye for details in nature and apart from being knowledgeable, it was interesting to hear his interpretations and insights on various subjects related to tea, history, and Indian society. It was a beautiful trek through the tea plantation villages and a Shola forest that led to a magnificent view of the Western ghats at the top. Thank you Arun, for having been my guide! I’ll remember our conversations and I hope to be back in Munnar again.

I had an amazing experience doing the Tea Trial with Arun. His knowledge of the tea plantations and factory is exceptional and he really took the time to make sure I fully understood. Arun is an incredibly kind and friendly guide and I would highly recommend him and D Trek Munnar Adventure to anyone visiting Munnar and the surrounding area.

We had a great half day trekking with Arun. He taught us all about the tea plantation and also some other Indian culture etc. Overall just a really fun experience. (The trail itself was not too long but beautiful)

Mr Arun gave us a detailed history of Munnar, it's legacy in Tea industry. He was well versed in tutoring us on various types of tea, it's production techniques, and the merits of each type. Congrats to him for the excellent tutorial.

My mom and I last minute decided to go trekking - Lakshmi hills sunrise (5:30-8am) and it quickly became the highlight of our trip. Arun is an awesome guide (and so if the rest of his staff) and was so patient with my mom, who had never hiked or trekked before! He brings a positive energy to the group, leads with confidence (and is very down to earth), and incredibly knowledgeable on all things Munnar/trekking/tea and more. Could not recommend D Trek Munnar more. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

Arun is a friendly, knowledgeable guide who took us round some of the less well travelled paths on a tea plantation, enabling us to meet pickers and spend time in their village. This was followed by a tour of a tea processing plant and a tea tasting session. Arun was able to give us a real insight into life in Munnar, especially on the tea plantation. If you want to be a traveller and not a tourist this is the trip for you.

Arun is a friendly, knowledgeable and informative guide who took us round some of the less well trodden paths of a tea plantation, allowing us to spend time in the pickers village and on the dslopes. This was followed by an excellent visit to a tea processing plant and tea tasting. All the way round Arun ably answered all our questions about life in Munnar and life on the tea plantation. We highly recommend this tour if you prefer being a traveller as opposed to a tourist. Thank you Arun for a wonderful trip.
