The dolphin nose view was breathtaking and it had an excellent view. but the way to it was very hard to climb. People with good stamina can climb up to the dolphin nose. Especially kids will enjoy it. On the way we enjoyed passion fruit from a road side shop. It was excellent in taste.

It is a popular tourist destination and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The place is located at a high altitude and there is limited space to move around. Be careful not to make any mistakes that could lead to you falling into the valley. You can climb down a bit to reach the place, but while returning it is advisable to take a shuttle that will take you up for a nominal fee of Rs. 100 per person. Overall, Dolphin's Nose is a beautiful place that is worth visiting if you are in Kodaikanal. However, it is important to be careful and aware of the risks involved.

All you do is walk down a cliff with tree roots all for a view that is average at best. Lemon soda was good. Won't recommend, spend your time elsewhere. Tough hike, not recommended for heat patients.

Nice place, nice viewpoint and it does looks like a nose.the overall experience was good at this place. Nice location for photoshoot.

This place is also a good view point. But you reach this place via trucking in under the rock. Nice view point must see in kodaikanal

Good place It's a 25 min moderate trek. The trail is uneven so recommend wearing proper footwear . On the way a must stop point is Altaf Cafe - good view , outdoor sitting and nice tea with snacks.

Roads were not there or being relaid till the point of entry and we parked maybe 600 mts away and walked until then. From the entry point we need to trek up/down maybe 2-3 Kms in total. Definitely its worth to hike and see the magnificent beauty of the nature. There is also view point on the back of the Dolphin nose point as well.
Surely this place not to be missed.

The path leading to this place requires passing through hard steps, which are not maintained well at all. Be sure to have good footwear to manouver.

Dolphin's Nose is a view point situated in Vattakanal which is couple of kms from main city. It's a 25 min moderate trek. You get to witness waterfall, pine forest during the small trek. There are a couple of shops which serves snacks, Maggi along the way. Make sure to relax at one of those places and enjoy the views and weather. The trail is quite uneven and might be a little slippery. So please wear proper shoes. While coming back, don't forget to have a meal at Altaf's Cafe

Cars go up to very close to this point then there is walk down hill for 15-20 minutes to reach view point. You can ask for direction in town on how to reach there
