We booked a transportation from Phuket airport to Krabi and back. All went very smoothly and drivers were well on time, we were very satisfied with this service. Can only recommend and special thanks to Ann who was organizing all and having contact with us prior and after.

I recommend this company for a very good service, good communication and very reliable, thank you for arranging our journey and ensuring we reached out destination in good time. Communication was great before the booking and we were kept informed of when our driver would arrive and the vehicle details. A very comfortable journey.

We found this company via Google and it was the best finding we could find. Excellent and reliable service, always in time. Prices are excellent compared to other offerings. They upgraded us to a better car for all trips and made all the accommodations to make our trips great. I definitely recommend.

Ordered and paid (5.500bht) for an SUV to transport us from Koh Lanta to Donsak Pier to take the ferry to Koh Samui. It’s a 4.5h drive, so I selected the company for their great reviews. It started good: they texted me 2 days in advance to check my itinerary and if my reservation needed adjustment. Great service.
Now the bad: when we checked out there was an old and worn minivan waiting for us. I texted the company with my complaints, but they would not give any discount for the wrong car delivery. They used the busy period as an excuse.
It was a very noisy and bumpy ride on stiff chairs, not what we planned. I don’t often give 1 star reviews (check my profile) but this is just very bad service.

Our SUV had to be delayed due to time constraints and high volume of shuttle services so we upgraded to a van and there was only one available and we decided and needed to pick up the customer on time because the customer had a ferry departure at Donsak at 2pm. The customer asked for a discount of 1000 baht which we could not give as the price of the van was more expensive than the SUV. Before we confirmed we checked the pictures of the car and considered it ok but when we found out that the fabric looked dirty we would like to apologize and will remove this car from our partnership.

We Booked return transport from Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta. Ann was an excellent communicator, keeping me informed of where to meet the driver and length of journey. She also reached out before our return trip to confirm arrangements. We were provided a 10% discount. Would recommend Andaman Travel services.

I booked pick up at Phuket Airport and transfer to Ao Namman Pier, Krabi on Dec 20 through their website. The service and information all the way from the booking was placed to I arrived my destination was the very best. I got detailed explanations of where to go, who to meet, the car and driver that would pick me up and everything in a perfectly timely matter. I was so happy with Andaman Thai Travel that I decided to book my return to the Phuket Airport Dec 28 with them again. And they did not disappoint! I even got an upgrade and travelled with an luxurious van with a lovely and smiling driver back to the airport. The trip both ways were about 2,5 hours, and you got to stop for a short break along the way if you needed. The price were absolutely competitive. I truly recommend Andaman Thai Travel for your transfers!

We used this company, for transfer from phuket airport to pathong beach, and again from phuket to Karbi, and back to airport.

I used Andaman Thai Travel for transfer from a hotel in Krabi town (Nong Thale area) to the airport. The price was very competitive, and the service was impeccable. Instant confirmation, good communication with the owner/dispatcher, a comfortable car and a courteous driver. Highly recommended

We used Andaman travel 3 times on our recent trip to Southern Thailand. Andaman travel picked us up at the airport and after a long travel journey, it was so nice to have the driver know our names and get us to our destination. Ann's communication from prior to the trip and during was spot on. Ann helped me with hotel suggestions and even called the hotel I was staying at who's reception closed 11pm to let them know we will be arriving later and to wait for us. The drivers are wonderful. The drivers are on time, say hello to you by your name and also let HQ know that they have picked you up. We travelled from Krabi to Koh Lanta and back with Team Andaman and everything was perfect, comfortable we felt safe and the driver were always on time and very friendly. English / communication is great. I will continue to use Andaman travel whenever in Thailand and will not hesitate to suggest the company to others. Wonderful, prompt service that made our 2.5 hour journey easy and comfortable. Thank you Ann and our team of drivers!!!
