A small still natural island on the Adaman Sea.
Koh Jum is opposite Phi Phi Island and is just beautiful because there are still not too many resorts there and the ones that are available are really still nature-loving.
After 22:00 there is no electricity, which means you walk back to the Bungalow with small petrol flares and that has a very sympathetic flair in my view.
Visiting or travelling on to the nearby larger islands such as Koh Lanta or Phi Phi Island are easy to book by ferry. All easy and very cheap
But the best part were the mega sunsets we experienced in the week on this wonderful island....
A natural spectacle of several fascinating colors every evening , simply unforgettable and unique to this day

Magnificent island and far from the crowds. We stayed there for 4 days and traveled by scooter. Calm beaches, typical villages.

Nice really lonely island in the jungle - it was an adventure for us to really escape from the tourism but 3 days are enough in the wild loneliness :D

Nous avons terminé notre séjour en Thaïlande à ko jum où nous avons séjourné avec 2 jeunes enfants au ko jum beach villa. Un petit paradis au milieu d un petit village de pêcheurs. Les locaux sont très accueillants et serviables. Une petite pépite à découvrir

Please don’t visit this island because it’s still a real paradise. Wonderful nature, lovely authentical people, best Thai-Food and beaches to dream about.

Koh Jum or Koh Pu, which is the name of the majestic mountain on the island, is paradise! A holiday in Koh Jum is definitely worth it! The mix of nature, lovely people and beautiful beaches will captivate you and not let go so quickly. But if you get there, go also for the mountain! It’s about an 1:30h hike through rainforest, that will give you a real feeling of exploring uncharted territories. Here is a view from the top!

ฉายเดี่ยวมาเที่ยวช่วงโควิด เหมาทั้งรีสอร์ทนอนคนเดียวสบายๆ ชาวบ้านดูเป็นกันเองมาก วิวทะเลก็สวย OK เลย ถ้าชอบปลึกวิเวก ชมธรรมชาติ ไม่ต้องเจอผู้คน ก็แนะนำที่นี่เป็นอย่างยิ่ง

Vi hade en ljuvlig vecka på Koh Jum, lugnt och skönt, inte för mycket folk, bra mat, och intressanta omgivningar. Stranden vid Golden Pearl där vi bodde var lite stenig, men superhärlig med små krabbor och solnedgång på kvällarna. Vi hytde moped och besökte öns små byar en dag, där finns fiskare och små butiker, inte mycket folk och inte direkt någon shopping, men mysigt och fint med katter och höns som sprätter runt bland de enkla hus där folk bor och arbetar. Vi åt massa grillad fisk och skaldjur, pad thai och färsk frukt, vi var väldigt nöjda och skulle gärna återvända.

If you want an authentic taste of Thailand, this is the island to pick!!
We love the vibe on the island. So relaxing and chill.
You have bag packers option or family option.
People are very kind and the nature is beautiful.
The island is super clean( let’s keep it this way) you can rent tutuk or motocycle ( no car on the island)
Price are very decent because it’s not too crowded yet.

Are there any shops that sell food? I'd like to buy fruit, milk etc.
Also, are you sure there are ATMs? I have heard there aren't any.

No ATMs and one small shop. You can buy everything where you are staying. It’s very remote and very small

Maybe, since it’s high season, but I think you’ll be able to find a place even if you don’t. It’s not very touristy.

Hello, we are in Koh Lanta at the moment and it’s beautiful! You will love it here! You must bring enough cash with you as a lot of places don’t accept card, unless you are dining in a resort.

Hi! Me and my husband are going to visit Krabi district in November,we have 4 nights to spend somewhere and we`d like to stay in the place with less people than usual;) I heard that Ko Jum is one of these islands. In the other hand we do not like to stay in one place and only lay on the beach. So my question is, is there a possibility to visit other places while staying on Ko Jum? I know that there is a connection with Phi Phi, but f.ex Railay,Ko poda,etc? Are there, on Ko Jum any companies with such a trips? Do you know how much does it cost from there?
