Enero 2016. NADA concurrido. Playa chica pero no hay gente. El mar es una pileta. Una paz poca antes vista.

Могу с уверенностью рекомендовать это пляж для любителей спокойного отдыха. Чистый белый песок,теплая вода, неглубокий берег-все,что подойдет для семейного отдыха с малышами.

One of my favorite beaches. There were often almost no or just a few persons, so I was calling it 'my beach'. Amazing sunsets I've met here. Love and miss it.

Take everything you need and bring home your rubbish. If theres more than a few boats there it is just too busy. Nice swimming beach . Take bathers good shoes and sunscreen Our boat cost 800Baht which was a good price . You could camp there if it was only one group. LOVELY

Если живете на Чалокламе, то очень далеко добираться. Еще дальше чем до Хаад Рина. Лучше закладывать целый день. Много камней, нужно что то удобнее сланцев. Хорошее место, красивая дорога, если хорошо владеешь мотобайком. Стоит для посещения.

чтобы доехать до него надо брать машину или мотобайк, но красота дороги и самого пляжа стоит того. обратно можно вернуть другой дорогой через западное побережье

Хорошее место интересно прогуляться . Надо брать красавки есть непроходимые места. На целый день ближе не добраться.

we arrived at ao plai laem around noon and it was a little bit cloudy and hot. it was hightide and the narrow beach gave only a little space to lie down for a sunbath. the vegetaion is lush and very nice beach middleclass resorts with beautiful bungalows are perfect integrared into the landscape and the small hills in the back. some beachbars offer cold drinks and food and also the toilet can be used even without buying anything there. the beach is perfect clean, because all the resorts take attention and keep the area clean directly infront of the hotel. about the prices we cannot give any information.
further massages will be offered and done in some salas in the shady back of the beach.
with the beginning afternoon the lowtide started and the sandy stripe of ao plai laem was getting bigger. the water was crystalclear and tupwarm and it made a lot of fun to swim there. at the northend of the beach a beautiful rockformation is located inside the water and it is possible to snorkel there. the beach generelly slopes gently to the sea and it is a perfect place for families with small children. because of the vegetation it is enough shady space also, an umbrella is not necessary.
the atmosphere at ai plai laem was quiet and relaxed the whole time. only a few people were around...we thought they all were guests of the resorts in the back.
also for observing the sunset this beach is a perfect place, because ao plai leam is located at the westcoast of koh phangan.
we can recomment ao plai laem very much. when we are in koh phangan next time we will be there again. we had a lazy and very relaxed afternoon there.
