Отдыхали на Пангане в январе 2023 г. В один из дней решили посетить этот пляж.
Были с детьми и внуком 1 годик. В кафе, через которое нужно было пройти на пляж ребенок на рецепшене взял ручку поиграть. Озверевшая старая тайка (или не тайка), сидевшая за стойкой набросилась на ребенка с криками, отобрала ручку и прогнала нас.
Когда мы возмутились, на крики выбежал хозяин кафе с женой - очень жирные и страшные. У него в руках был огромный топор для рубки мяса.
Когда мы заявили, что вызавем полицию, он вообще озверел и полез на меня и мужа (пенсионеров) с кулаками.
В результате пришлось спасаться бегством. Сведетелей кругом было очень много, поэтому надеюсь кто то зафексировал эту ситуации и выложит в инет. И тогда туристы подумают, стоит ли вообще посещать этот пляж, по крайней мере уж точно не через эту кафешку. Опасно для жизни!

The island is very nicely situated in the north of Ko Phangan. Easy to get there by scooter—> the perfect means of tranport on the island. BUT.,,,, please local government CLEAN YOUR BEACHES!!!!!!
Your biggest assets are your beaches and nature on the island and you are spoiling it. Put at least trash cans on the beaches and things wil improve. I understand that most trash coms from the ocean, but in the end it starts with somebody littering….

We stayed at Ko mah resort and so spent two weeks on this beach. The water is beautiful without waves and safe enough for children. The beach area is big enough with an option of renting umbrellas and deck chairs. There’s a few restaurants here with an array of different cuisines.
The causeway to the island is idyllic and a perfect photo opportunity.

When you enter Koh Ma, you walk along a narrow beach with some trees .... from there just snorkel out on the left very fast you will se more and more corals. The fish diversity is excellent.....

Très jolie découverte ! Cette plage est magnifique. Je vous recommande de traverser la bande de sable et de vous poser de l'autre côté pour faire du snorkeling. Peu de fond. Ce ne sont pas les plus beaux fonds sous marins mais ce coin vaut tout de même la peine !

Went out of our way to get here and we were disappointed. Filthy with rubbish, glass and oily water. Snorkeling is average at best. Don't even bother the walk over to the connected island, it was even more dirty.

At this time of year especially, there is no snorkeling. The water is white from stirred up sand and silt. All I’ve seen is dead coral and seaweed. I’m a dive instructor and read a lot of old reviews about this place. Don’t bother!!!!

Ein sehr sehr schöner Strand. Wasser ist durchsichtig und Sand sehr schön. Man findet genug Platz zum Liegen. Auch schattige Plätzchen. Lokale gibt es ebenso in Hülle in Fülle bei denen man sich auch Schnorchelausrüstung ausborgen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann ich zur anderen Insel spazieren, an Abend ist der Übergang frei von Wasser.

Koh Ma ligt op de noord west punt van het eiland en is bij laag water (eb) te voet te bereiken.Het heeft een mooi strand en het is er in november nog vrij rustig.Een heel verschildet het drukke zuiden ( Had Rin)

Koh Ma is a beautiful beach at the north-western tip of Koh Phangan. It's actually a small island connected to Phangan by a small sand bar about 200 meters long.
They offer snorkeling there, but we didn't find anything worth snorkelling for.
There are a couple of resorts there to stay overnight. We didn't stay there, so we can't comment on them.
There are day-trips in Phangan for 500 baht (about $16) and they all stop at Koh Ma for 1-2 hours,
