Ik heb het geboekt en betaald maar geen bevestiging gekregen dus tour niet kunnen doen. Op viator gezien bij de reviews dat deze tour sinds COVID niet meer beschikbaar is. Tot nu toe geen reactie van tripadvisor gehad over terugbetaling

Vrijdag 24 maart een toer willen boeken voor de 25e. Op tripadvisor gewoon beschikbaar, maar nooit bevestigd, waardoor we dit niet konden doen. Toen alsnog geprobeerd te boeken op 25 maart voor de 27e, hetzelfde verhaal. Waarom wordt het aangeboden als er geen reactie komt?

Diese Tour scheint es „seit Corona“ nicht mehr zu geben. Jedenfalls ist die letzte Bewertung von 2020 und wir haben heute versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen und rauszufinden, ob wir das Angebot annehmen können. Leider haben wir niemanden erreicht und die Tour wurde auf Nachfrage bei TripAdvisor abgesagt.
Dennoch ist es möglich die Tour hier zu buchen, also lasst es lieber gleich, dann erspart ihr euch die Ungewissheit. Schade!

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (4 und 2 Jahre) die Explorer- Tour gemacht und wir waren alle total begeistert. Auch die Kinder hatten total viel Spaß. Wir fanden die Tour aber nicht ganz unanstrengend, was uns aber nicht gestört hat... aber "no hills-no skills" fanden wir etwas übertrieben. Aber alles total machbar, also nicht davor abschrecken lassen.
Unsere Tour-guide Bella hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

Our classic tour with Bella was one of the best things we did in Ko Phangan. We participated with our 3-year old twins and the whole family enjoyed the tour. Roads and treks were easy to cycle and we got valuable insights. It was a pleasant combination of landscape, every day life and food tour.

Выбрали семейный тур, чему были очень счастливы. Посетили местную школу, храм на горе, плантацию кокосов, посмотрели сад, пообедали в тайском аутентичном кафе, заехали на рынок. Замечательная инструктор Белла очень много рассказала нам о жизни, традициях, культуре Тайланда. Это было потрясающее приключение, все остались очень довольны! Прекрасное воплощение европейской идеи на тайском острове.

Bella was an excellent guide who took us on a nice bike tour, showing us some very interesting sites. Excellent day!

Unfortunately I cannot give the best opinion on this tour as we did not get to finish the ride, my wife booked the course asking the owners advice as she hasn’t rode a bike in years. He stated the coarse was relatively flat and she would have no problems riding around it. This was totally wrong, I’m a fit person and found some areas really quite difficult and knew my wife was really struggling. I spoke to Belle the lady who took us out and explained the problems my wife was having and she was heartbroken and so sorry. We where taken to a rubber plantation and all I got out of it was about 30 mosquito bites, after about 7km my wife was absolutely shattered and we had to give up. Bella was very apologetic and took us back the flattest way possible, thankfully I didn’t have to pay the full amount as I explained the owner told us false information. She told us the easiest coarse was the morning one, and the one we where on was more difficult, especially with the heat etc, we’re more off road then on. It’s a shame we didn’t get to finish and the only reason I’m writing a review is to warn other viewers who haven’t been on a bike for a long time to be very wary of what your letting yourself into. Have to say Bella was lovely and did her very best to please. Just wish we got to see all they had to offer but the terrain was far to difficult for a novice.

Bardzo dobra opcja na poznanie wyspy, tradycji i zwyczajow ludzi na niej mieszkajacych. Zarowno Bella jak i Mark są bardzo mili i pomocni.

Vi havde en fantastisk oplevelse med cykelturen på Pha-Ngan. En helt unik oplevelse med en fantastisk guide, Bella, som fortalte godt og levende om de steder vi besøgte. Vi var bl.a. forbi en kokosnødfarm, gummitræplantage og et tempel beliggende i højderne. Jeg vil klart anbefale en tur med Phangan Bicycle Tours!

Hi, we are interested in your exporer bike tour. Is it possible to get back to koh Samui with the boat after the trip? And can you advice us what is the most convenient way to come over? We are a family with 5 persons (youngest 16) and stay on 26/4 หมู่ 4, ตำบล แม่น้ำ Amphoe Ko Samui, Chang Wat Surat Thani 84330, Thailand

Thanks for your message.
and sorry for the late reply.
It is possible to join a tour and get back to Samui the same day.
Its the classic tour starts at 8:45am from our shop in Thongsala.
you have to take Lomprayah at 8am from maenam in Samui.
i will pick you up at Thongsala pier.
After the tour you have around 2 hours in Thongsala for lunch etc.
