Fica no topo do cerro .. é bem pequena e simples, mas muito graciosa tendo no interior uma bela imagem do Santo. A vista lá de cima é espetacular.

Quien visitó alguna vez Piriápolis, se vió maravillado por sus cerros al borde del mar. Uno de los lugares más emblemáticos y recordados es la cima del Cerro San Antonio. Se accede en auto o puede ser caminando. Sus paisajes y vistas te van a marabillar.
