Our tour guide Nguyen Van Hien was knowledgable attentive and considerate of our needs. They definitely took care of us and we enjoyed this relaxing day of sightseeing.

Wonderful experience! The tour guide was helpful and professional. The view was spectacular. The hike was not for the faint of hearts, but great for the experience.

Everything was on time. Caves of Hua Lu in Ninh Binh as well as Mua Caves was amasing. During visiting caves we can also climb to so called Dragon mointain (Hill) - view was great.

I chose the Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua Cave Day Trip with Tam Coc Travel booked through my hotel. The tour guide was easy going and quite funny at times. The bus was upgraded, had comfortable seats and it wasn’t full which is always nice. The tour guide followed the set itinerary, all attractions were good, with the 90-minute row boat in Tam Coc as the highlight, money well spent.
The only thing I didn’t like was the first six drop-offs were directly in front of travelers hotels, while I was dropped off two blocks from mine. I should have given him the tip on the bus, instead of outside, maybe would have been dropped off closer.

The boat ride was gorgeous but the high pressure to buy snacks at the so called floating market was a bummer😚

If you are staying in Hanoi and aren't planning to do a longer stay in Ninh Binh, this is a great trip for seeing the main sights of the area. The staff were professional and gave us lots of great information about the places we were seeing. The boat ride through caves and limestone cliffs was amazing, once in a lifetime stuff. We were able to take our three young children easily with us. We didn't do the cycling and we were allowed to head up and start lunch early instead.

Not only was the tour guide, Thang, very helpful in providing lectures about the history of the area we were visiting but he also had a great sense of humor so we were entertained throughout the trip. Our tour guide constantly kept all of us updated regarding the schedule to ensure that we were on time but did not make us feel rushed at all.
He was very considerate in making sure he got everyone together before leaving.
The only thing that we were disappointed was the tour vehicle option that was advertised. We paid extra for the luxury bus option but somehow we were assigned to a smaller size mini-van which did not look very luxurious at all.
Overall, we were satisfied with his service and definitely enjoyed our experience in Ninh Binh. I would recommend this travel tour company for those who want to learn and have fun about Vietnamese culture.

我們的導遊Zuy也很用心講解每個故事
2.中午用餐前會先帶我們騎腳踏車
簡單繞一圈看看金剛的取景
3.中餐是吃自助餐
給的很豐富也算好吃
4.Trang An能看到金剛拍攝的場景
遊船時間約75分鐘（稍微有點久）
5.Mua Cave是最期待的一個景點
500階真的不是開玩笑
雖然路途辛苦但是真的非常美
一定要爬上去！
接駁車相當高級舒適
讓比較長時間的路程也不特別覺得累
有提供兩瓶水和傳統帽子（很特別）
一上車就能感受導遊Zuy的熱情
也很幽默風趣會開玩笑
總之這個tour非常值得一去

the tour guide Frankie Duy Sang is best ever. We are 3 of us from Singapore and French, deaf. He typed every details to me in English (his Eng is excellent as he took english major in university) before I translated in sign lang to french friends after he explained to the tourists first.
They picked us up from our hotel and visited Hoa Lu, rode on boat with beautiful view, 20 min cycling and Mua Cave. At the end, they dropped us back at hotel.
