Lovers of wine, a visit to Zivanic Wine Cellar in Sremski Karlovici was a must. Initially we joined a talk in the Museum of beekeeping, learning about bees and honey and the history behind the family run business and their diversity in wine. Thoroughly enjoyed this part of our visit. Next it was into a huge tasting hall for our wine and honey tasting. Really amazing, great visit and wines.

During our our river cruise we were brought to Sremski Karlovski. This beautiful museum was part of the tour. Zivanovic family started wine making in 1770. Over the years the new generation has grown the business with modern technology in wine making. Beside wine the family also started beekeeping in 19thcentury. Their achievement inspired many other Serbian families to start beekeeping as their source of income. The museum was worth seeing for its old furniture, pictures, books and other tools of beekeeping.
Afterwards we were taken to underground 300 years old wine cellar where wines are stored in unchanging microclimatic conditions. It was awesome.
Then we were taken to upper floor where in a big hall we tasted three wines with cheese and honey. A lot of people from our group bought the wine and honey which they liked, from their shop on ground floor. The whole experience was excellent.

The place is very simple, but the service is attentive and friendly, making it worth the visit. The wines are still in their infancy, but it is very interesting to do a honey tasting. The highlights are the fact that they serve, during the tasting, Bermet wine, the most famous Serbian wine, so much so that it was served on the Titanic; and to the small Beekeeping Museum that operates there. On site, photos of several illustrious visitors, including the current Queen of England, Camilla.

Nice spot for a break. The tour of the wine cellar and beekeeping museum takes 15-20 minutes. The highlight is the wine and honey tasting. You’ll try around 6 wines and 3 types of honey — all made there. Good toilets. Gift shop (no surprise there). Well organized and much nicer than expected.

Although not considered to be one of the main touristic sites in the town of Sremski Karlovci, this museum should be on your checklist of local visits. The museum itself consists of the winery and the exhibition part. The exhibition contains some very interesting content related to beekeeping tradion of the local region. If you're in Sremski Karlovci make sure not to miss this place! All recommendations!

Our friend recommend to visit this place. We were the only people visiting and the owner kindly took us around and explained about bee keeping that his great grandfather starter. He took us also to his wine cellar which was amazing and authentic experience. Then our little tour was followed by tasting 7 types of wines and 3 type of honey.
We were treated very well. We also bought some honey jars for our friends back at home.
Place is located in a small village which is very authentic and lovely place to wonder around

博物館だけだと思ったら、ワインと蜂蜜のテイスティングもさせてもらえました。
テラス席でのんびりテイスティングが出来、気持ち良かったです。
（むしろ、私達以外のグループは皆、テイスティングのみのよう）

A very interesting tour of the beekeeping museum and excellent wine tasting. The guide spoke very good English and it was very informative. The honey tasting was pleasant whereas the wine tasting was superb.Delightful wines and an interesting tour of the cellar.

Насколько я понял - посещение данного музея - это обязательная составляющая всех экскурсий в г. Нови Сад и на Фрушка гора. Впрочем наш гид поинтересовался у всех экскурсантов перед посещением музея: хотим ли мы посетить данный музей, т.к. посещение возможно только с дегустацией, которая будет стоить 5 евро с человека (600 динаров). Все изъявили желание и поэтому мы дружно отправились в гости к Живановичам. Впечатления остались самые приятные: понравилась и краткая экскурсия по не большому музею и посещение винного подвала и дегустация. Вина все были интересными. Легендарный Бермет напомнил чешское "ледовое вино" или ледяное вино российской Фанагории. Мед так же был интересным, особенно с различными добавками ( к примеру с кунжутом). Добавило приятного в впечатления "хоровое" пение туристов из Словении во время дегустации. Да и интерьеры усадьбы так же очень понравились. Так что рекомендуем к посещению.
