1. Tour the Island: Sveti Stefan is a small island connected to the mainland by a narrow bridge. Unfortunately you can not stroll through the charming narrow streets, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, and visit the historical buildings. The Island is closed for the past four years.

Only went there for a couple of hours in the afternoon, we probably wouldn’t have found parking otherwise, even if it costs 4 eur / hour. We found a spot on the public beach to lay a towel. Beach shoes needed, the stones are not comfortable to walk on. The view while bathing is marvelous. We took a ton of photos of the fortress, walked on the bridge to the fortress, the atmosphere was calm and serene. Definitely worth coming at least for the pictures

After a week hiking Montenegros mountains we absolutely loved this quaint little town to rest, relax and eat! The pebble beaches, friendly locals and gorgeous water views was just what we needed

Media and touristbooks are hyping this area Sveti Stefan. But this all is not true. You cant visit Sveti Stefan and every one who comes is standing in front of the closed iron door, because ist is owned by financiers. Everyone is disappointed!
The Government should use the other small island next to Sveti Stefan to build a smaller but visitable attraction.

Spent a few days here and really enjoyed it. It can be quite mixed on cleanliness, price & quality, so wander along before sitting down. We found a nice place with two loungers, big umbrella & deck chair in front row for €25. Guy was friendly had a little bar, toilet and changing area. Also rented kayaks and paddle boards for €10 per hour. Pebbly, hot, gets deep fairly quick, but appeared to be safe/clean (ish) kids enjoyed it.

Extortion, money orientated, un friendly never ever again.
We drove to Montenegro after visiting Albania. Travelled via tiny roads to get to Sveti Stefan beach. We followed the sign to the beach and parked in a car park near it.
On entry no sign post to suggest parking prices but thinking how much would that be anyway. The car park was almost empty but on the way here literally cars had been dumped on the side of the road.
Anyway pebble beach deep but very clean and beautiful. Part of the beach you pay for your sun bed between €30 to €50 but only good part of the beach you can put your own umbrella and towel down.
One or two shops near the beach all expensive.
No toilets however around the beach is very well maintained.
We noticed when we got back to our vehicle someone left a human excrement right in front of where we parked our vehicle.
Initially I could not wait to see this place but seeing all the negatives it would not worth a penny.
On the way out of the car park they said our bill was €63, no wonder there was a parking problem in the region.
It’s a tourist trap clearly, no toilet, expensive shops and cafes, extortion, dangerous and aggressive drivers I would never go back.

We chose it because it was recommended as the most popular beach in Budva. We arrived around 2 PM and waited about 40 minutes for parking. Parking is €4 per hour (after you complete an hour, you pay for the next full hour. So, you can’t pay for 1.5 hours or 3.5 hours). We rented 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for €30 from a business on the beach. Because there was a high turnover, we easily found a spot. The beach and the sea are rocky, so I recommend bringing water shoes; otherwise, your feet might hurt until you get into the water. Due to the rocky nature, the sea is clear and clean. Access to the island is not possible, probably because it is private property. We had a pleasant day, but we wouldn’t have missed much if we hadn’t visited.

Never again.
We go down to park the car and parking cost 50 euros being afternoon and there were few parking lots have raised the price, there was another wanted 60 and another 4 euros per hour , never paid these figures.
4 plastic water bottles 15 euros and umbrella 30 euros in the last rows because the first ones cost from 50 upwards.
The sea was nice and clean but does not justify the prices the next day we went to another beach 5 min by car completely different prices parking 4 euro all day and umbrella 15 euro second row 2 cappuccino 2 coffee and a large natural Aqua all 10 euro.

Kumsal sevenler içinde taşlı sahil sevenler içinde mükemmel bir yer sveti stefanın sol sahili irili ufaklı taşlarla sağ tarafın Kumsal olan güzel bir denizi olan çok hoş bir yer kesinlikle ziyaret edilmeli

Quiet beach with superb views over the old monastery (shame its all locked up and you can't go inside). We walked up the hill to another beach with a cave, which was also very nice. Parking in the car park costs €4, and cash only (as in most places here).
