We first visited Indika in 2012. We came across this small Art Gallery and not only found an amazing selection of wonderful Art but also a truly creative and inspirational man. We have bought two traditional pieces from Indika and they hang proudly in our home in the UK, giving rise to curiosity from all who see these wonderful paintings.

Довольно симпатичный магазин различных сувениров и картин. Не понравилось, что не разрешают фотографировать, в других магазинах такого нет.

Mr. Indika is wonderfully kind, helpful and informed. All items are produced either by him or local artisans, nothing is brought in from abroad. 100% Sri Lankan. He was wonderful to speak to about traditional Sri Lankan healing as well (I asked about the masks). Great family business, a must visit when you're in beautiful Tangalle.

This shop is just off the beach and has really nice paintings and also souvenirs. It's run by a really interesting artist who has won international awards.

We visited Indika a few days ago, what a lovely gallery with so many different pieces to look at and to buy. Indika told us his story and if you visit you will understand why his work is so fascinating! His paintings are unique and all have a wonderful story! Thank you x

Wspaniała galeria z przepiękną sztuką. Warto zaglądnąć. Trudno się zdecydować bo obrazy są przepiękne i w różnej tematyce. Zakupiliśmy jeden ze względu na kończące się fundusze. Nie byłam przygotowana na zakup. Z radością przygarnęła bym jeszcze jeden. Przepiękna biżuteria i cudowne kamienie. Dobra energia miejsca. Polecam!!!

Kupiliśmy 2 cudowne obrazy, choć wybór był na prawdę bardzo trudny. Chętnie kupiłabym kolejne 🙂 Właściciel i zarazem autor obrazów bardzo naturalny i otwarty. Kupowanie bez presji, jasno przedstawiona lista cen poszczególnych obrazów. Z przyjemnością bym tam wróciła.

Very nice artwork done by the owner. He also had beautiful masks and some souvenirs. Lots of handmade batik. It was not a high pressure sell. He was very interesting!
