On November 14th, 2022 on children’s day when I brought my son to Tumble house, I was told by the staff that instead of the hourly play that they offer for Rs 650, that day they were mandating minimum 3 hours for Rs1,500. I agreed to this reluctantly since there was no option but to pay for three hours or take a very disappointed toddler back home. At 3:30 pm when i signed up, the space had 7-8 children and their guardians. That seemed reasonable. Within an hour or two Tumble House filled up and was overcrowded with children and adults. So much so that there wasn’t much space to move around and play. As an organization that caters to children, safety should be a priority. Here’s why what happened on November 14th, 2022 at Tumble House, Defence Colony because of the minimum three hours at Rs 1500 policy was a risk to children.
1. The new 3-hour policy made children and their guardians stay longer in a space that cannot accommodate a huge number. Hence overcrowding happened and it was a risk especially for small kids who can get trampled or hurt. There were no provisions in place to ensure that crowd controlling was happening.
2. The air quality got worse with too many people present in a small space. My portable air quality meter showed 200-250 ug/m3 while i was there. This is hazardous for children and even adults. But especially for children. The air purifiers at Tumble House were switched off and also disconnected from the power outlet. Please see the pictures attached that I took that day at Tumble House. I left soon after I noticed this since I didn’t want my child to be exposed to bad air quality. I have to mention here that each time I have asked tumble house personally about the air quality there, they have mentioned that they keep purifiers and that the air quality inside is great. This information given is not accurate.
3. Thirdly, there was a photographer commissioned by Tumble House who was taking photos of children. He came and clicked my son and my picture without any permission. I did not give Tumble House any permission either written or verbal to take my child and my photos. This seems to me that likely none of the parents had given parental consent for their children being photographed. When i emailed Tumble house requesting that the picture that was taken of me and my son be deleted immediately and not be used anywhere for any purposes by Tumble House or the photographer - i got no response.
All the above reasons indicate to me that Tumble House and its management prioritize profits over children’s safety and parental consent

The staff is rude and Ill mannered .They are extorting money from parents if you are even 5 mins overtime ,even if the delay is due to there billing staff.A complete no no and horrible place

The play date party for kids is taking a new shape in Delhi. And we are not complaining. The tumble house is a great place for kids below 6 years highly recommended to get the kids here for a fuss free play date. Just watch out for the rather brusque manager though. She can be matronly.
Had a lovely party and play date with the crew this month so go for it but call your shots. The catering is truly well done and so is the coffee

Very nice place to visit. Good for infants and young children. My niece had a birthday party there. Little expensive, but with good ambiance and good staff.
Girl Staff are very good and caring. You can trust on them while you can have a cup of coffee and let your child play in there. If you are tired, you have a foot massage also, girls are good in there for foot massage.
Over all good experience and nice place to visit if you want your child to relax play games without for you to worrying and let staff take care of your child.

Visited Tumble house again recently as the bday party host mentioned that now it is safe as many things have changed since it moved to ground/ upper ground floor of the building. But nothing has changed.
1. Great games. Kids love these.
2. The whole area i still made of highly inflammable material.
3. Too many games in a cramped space. In case of accident, kids who are in games wont even be easily visible.
4. No visible fire extinguisher
5. Staff had no idea, where fire extinguishers are
Take your kids if you only care for fun and not their safety. I never let my kids visit this place. Fun is not my priority at all and I can't turn a blind eye to stubborn and uncooperative management and complete flouting of fire safety rules.

We took a 4 year old child to this place. Though the place was good, the management was quite bad. First they asked to wear socks and because we didn't have it, they told us to buy it for Rs 50! Horrible socks for Rs 50! Plus we wanted to introduce the parents to this place. To this the management said that only 2 adults are allowed with every additional adult costing Rs 250..
I must say this place is very good that ensuring every penny of the people is extracted.

There were 2 couples with kids - they onmy allow one person per xhikd to enter and u have to pay even if u want to just go sit in tbe cafe inside . You have to wear socks which I understand but the lady owner herself wasnt wearing nay!! Also she came across as very unfriendly. The staff is food and friendly but owner not so much!! They charged 70 rupees for those thin socks if u dont have your own. Complete rip off

Ofcourse its expensive entertainment for kids but nonetheless kids enjoy it. Kids enjoy the maze , the slides, the ups and downs, the balls, the cars, the dance floor, the kitchen area...everything. It has a decent size cafe too with good food. Call before going since this place does many kids parties and the place might be completely booked. They take care of everything in a birthday party from kids entertainment to food. YOu only got to arrange return gifts and cake.
If you are willing to take sometime off with friends, this is the place since the child is busy playing and you can catch up at the cafeteria. There are attendants all around to take care of your child. There are two massage chairs also.

Disclaimer: my kid enjoyed the place like he does any play gym. The problem I had is that we went in and unlike the playgyms where the food court is on the outside, we had to cross through the play area to go sit there. When the children's hour was up, I pulled hem out dot on time and got them to eat. At the time of departure I was told that we had been in the play area for 2 hours! I could just as easily have pulled them out and taken them to def col bakery for a snack, had I been aware of this pricing method. I ended up paying for not only the food but additional hour of play - where they didn't play!
There is one tiny note up for this rule. The girl giving us our ticket didn't inform us when we entered. Very disappointed with this. Would not go again. Been to multiple play gyms across bombay, Bangalore and Delhi and havent faced this anywhere else.
