I chose Divyan Holidays based on some online/social media reviews and I am very glad I made the right choice. Manoj from Divyan Holidays offered me multiple options based on my preference and I chose the '3 Nights 4 Days Golden Triangle Tour' package. We were a group of 11 family members, including 4 senior citizens and 2 kids. Overall, Divyan Holidays, with their wonderful guides and travel arrangements, made it an amazing experience starting from picking us from the Delhi Airport till dropping us off at the Jaipur airport. Here are the highlights from my tour.
1. We were a group of 11 tourists, so our package included a tempo. They promised that it will be less than 2 year old vehicle and we got lucky as we got almost a new vehicle. It included A/C, comfortable seats, decent storage space and even came with USB ports for charging the mobiles. The tempo driver was very nice and accommodative.
2. We had three different guides (Satish Suri in Delhi, Tanveer in Agra and Pratik in Jaipur), each of them with unique style of communication but all of them were very knowledgeable. They made it very interactive and memorable experience. They all were very accommodative and truly love their cities.
3. We stayed at Crystal Sarovar in Agra and Radisson Blu in Jaipur. Both were great hotels with excellent staff and offered a variety of delicious breakfast options. We got lucky with the Agra hotel and had a wonderful view of Taj.
4. Manoj from Divyan Holidays was always available via calls/text and was checking up on us frequently. I'm impressed that they collect the feedback from the guides about our transport and the driver everyday. Manoj was very flexible when we asked him to add one more city (Madhura, the birth place of Lord Krishna) to our tour in the last minute (for a reasonable additional charge) and even added a guide with a short notice.
Overall it was a memorable experience and Divyan Holidays will be my first choice for all my future tours in India.
Tip.
Some of the tourist places are closed in Delhi on Mondays and the Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Make sure you are aware of this when you book your packages.
