Ho contattato l’Agenzia via internet per organizzare nel dettaglio il nostro primo viaggio in India, in Karnataka e Goa. Ravi è stato gentilissimo e molto professionale nel supportarci nella scelta dell’itinerario che avevamo in parte preparato, ed oltretutto con offerte migliori rispetto ad altre agenzie. L’autista e le guide (una per ogni tappa del nostro tour)che ci hanno accompagnato sono state tutte molto brave e competenti.

I have no words to describe how supportive mr. Ravi was during our trip to India! We spent 22 days travelling from Delhi to Kerala and back and we just loved it!
We were 10 people travelling by bus from one place to another, having different guides in all the places we visited.
Mr. Ravi knows his business, this is sure.
Very good organization, smooth communication and professional handling urgent matters! We got way more than we expected!
There were couple of times when we needed assistance late in the evening and Ravi just made things happen.
I strongly recommend Tree Trunk Travel's services!

An unforgettable trip and Mr Ravi was fantastic in accommodating our last-minute trip - and an angel for recovering my passport!! (Thank you again Ravi!)
The itineraries were immersive and we had time to explore further sites, while it was also no issue to leave out a couple of bits such as the elephant riding.
A couple of communication problems as at one point it felt as thought too much emphasis was being placed on trying to guide us into their friend's shops despite us saying we had done more than enough shopping! This got a bit tedious by the last day but this was not to do with the company, rather the freelance guide.
Otherwise the tours were wonderful and we were well looked after by guides and our drivers Hanuman and Sunil were lovely and went the extra mile.
Santosh was also brilliant in accommodating our interests and is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the local history. It was a pleasure to spend his birthday together and explore the nightlife. We felt safe and laughed the entire time!
Would 1000% use Tree Trunk Travel again. Thank you for making our Golden Triangle experience so special.

Tree Trunk Travels organized our trip beautifully from the start of correspondence right upto the end with no hassles during our trip. The hotels suggested were good and the itenary created was spaced out. The transport organized was very clean and was brilliant including the very pleasant drivers. Mr Ravi was a good coordinator and picked us up from the airport with a welcome garlands for every person in the group. The guide Santosh was well read with his knowledge of the sites and was a very professional guide.
Overall thank you tree trunk travels for making this trip a very memorable one… thanks for building memories.

This was honestly more than I expected. Rahul basically coordinated our whole trip in India from beginning to end. He maximised our 5 day stay and made every moment worth it. Apart from this, Tree Trunk is just so helpful and patient as we struggled getting our visas out and thus confirming our travel dates and plans. There were so many changes made by us before the trip but Rahul ensured us with a beautiful itinerary. In India, our allocated driver, Silver, was so amazing to have. Never delayed us in anyways but rather facilitated our enjoyment of our stay. From the time we were welcomed at the airport to us being dropped off for our flights, Tree Trunk travel delivered on what they said they would.

Well organized we appreciate tree trunk for hotel selection. Munnar the hotel was awesome (Amber dale). And also hotel Lake song - excellent soundings.Boat house arrangements was super. Thanks to Rahul and team for the arrangements.

We highly recommend Rahul, who turned out to be a diligent, fast, knowledgeable and reliable agent. He kept his word and was very helpful, very attentive and contributed to the fact that our trip in India was very successful. Do not hesitate to contact him and use his services: trip planning, clean and modern car, driver and good hotels.

What an experience! I planned a trip to Kedarnath Dham and it wouldn't have been possible without Tree Trunk Travel. There are a lot of moving pieces that all need to come together for anyone to have a successful trip like this.
Tree Trunk Travel and and Rahul not only ensured that all pieces join together, but also that every step is flawlessly executed. The itinerary was very well thought off, the staff was brilliant.
Most importantly I noticed that they don't leave you by yourself at any point of the trip which means they have very high standards of customer service and ensure your safety at every step. They really want your trip to be successful, pristine and safe.
If you plan to visit any or all Dham's, I highly recommend that you work with Tree Trunk Travel's team. You need a team to plan and work with you for trips like this (with undeterred faith).

Being in the Divine presence of Shiva lingam of Kedarnath and Kasi Viswanath. Along the way the lovely sceneries, ganga experience, comfortable stays and great planning of the trip planned by Rahul of Tree trunk travel.

Had the great visit to India. Contacted Rahul through online enquiry form, whom is so friendly and very responsive and planned our itineraries according to our favor. Even, the driver Vadivelan also very experienced in driving + tour guide as well more than 16 years. Would highly recommend them. My only suggestion is to make sure you plan well and let the first time visitor to enjoy the local transportation at least once such as Bullock cart and local bus as well. Thank you so much fro your great service! Definitely will be back again soon.

how do we handle the "tipping" when there are so many different guides/drivers, etc. we dont wnat to fret every time we stay at a different hotel or have a different person assist us. Is it possible to have the tips included in the trip estimate? we want to spend a month travelling to north and south India.
