Avoid!! Their boats don't work. They leave you in the middle of the ocean on a spoilt boat without food or water. Horrible staff, horrible service.

We had booked sunodessey for 6 couples for 6 to 8 slot. We were told to reach jetty one hour before scheduled time and also paid 2000/- extra for speed boat. When we reached jetty there was no one to receive us. We called someone named Sanjeev he told us to wait as there is lots of rush, in fact they didn’t have any speedboat to take us to the yacht. They made us to wait till 6 pm , by the time we reached yacht it was time for sunset and we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. These people are really spoilsport, they don’t value people’s leasure time and money. Avoid blue whale water sports.

Yes tulsi is a cheater took advance n kept waiting for motor boat transport for 1 hour n than took to yacht n than not telling also yacht machine is not working cheater she is terrible cheater never book from her never book from blue whale they r party spoilers

Most competitive price for a yacht charter experience in Mumbai. With great price, the service is good too. Yacht is clean and well serviced.

An amazing experince. Worth going. Ms.Tulsi Chauhan organised it very well. Best way to spend quality time with your loved one. Overall a good and different experience.

We booked our ride through Cleartrip for a 2 hour sail boat ride. We got confirmed from Cleartrip and contact details of Ms.Tulsi Chauhan was shared with us as the operator contact.
However sorry to say the ride was far from what was expected. As per the booking and also as reconfirmed by Ms Chauhan, we were supposed to get sufficient no of bottles of water and coke. To our surprise when we boarded the boat there wasnt any. After lot of discussions, we were given 1 x 1ltr bottle of water and 1 x 500 ml of Coke for a group of 6 people! Yes that was all!!
The water tasted oily and was surely was a spurious packaging. NOT FIT for drinking.
The boat looked good from outside but inside was stuffy and stinking. We could hardly sit inside. All six of us were cramped up on the deck. We cut our trip short and came back to jetty much before the scheduled time.
Please do not trust the organisers as they will promise and will not deliver. There are other reviews here which are in the same direction. The organizers are defaulters by habit!!

Don't choose Blue Whale Water Sports... These people don't understand emergency situations.. We trusted them had planned to celebrate Wedding Anniversary there! We purchased online voucher & they said they wil redeem it prior. So the payment is done but they did not wait for 15 mins also. I was there at the area but there were multiple entrances at Gateway.. They didn't picked up call & started off with the boat..!
They then refused to adjust in any other slot neither they are giving back my money.
WE LOST 3,000...! Plus Our anniversary is spoiled.
If u plan to go with them & by any chance u r are late by Just 15 mins.. You wil lose all your money.
AVOID Blue Whale Water Sports.

Pros- The yacht was in good condition
Cons- I was informed by Tulshi and Bhabya that the yacht would be decorated and there would be snacks and cold drink. But there was no snacks and cold drinks and the sailor said us that he wasn't informed about that. The yacht was also not decorated. The balloons were just kept on the floor while I was shown pictures of decorated yachts.
