当我们遇到导游的时候，当天是个大雨天让我们行走变得很困难，他要求我们取消行程，因为天气不好。他同意取消，然后他和他的经理商量，然后我在社交平台上发送信息，又发送了电子邮件，他们在社交平台上同意了，但又在电子邮件里拒绝了。他们说我们压根就没有来这里。总之我告诉他们我会在网站上评论打分，人们会在选择这个公司之前做更多考虑。

我和我的妻子去参与在教堂门站举行的贫民窟和艺术之旅。我们的订票确认书清楚地写明了上午10点在上面的站点见面，我们是上午9点40分到达那里的。旅游花费35美元。我们等到10点半，旅游代表没有出现。我们给他们打了个电话，代表说我们定在9点15分见面，但预约说的明明是上午10点，而且我们有文件。我们要求退款，并确认我的电子邮件。推销员挂掉了我们的电话，很遗憾我们没有收到退款。非常差的客户服务。确保您检查您的预订确认，并让您的酒店联系确认真实的旅游信息

这个旅游缺乏一些东西，我们每个人花了850卢比，但两个小时讲的东西都是网上可以查到的，步行的部分挺有意思的，但不是我们想象的那种贫民窟之行，我们就匆忙地看了一眼贫民窟里面，好像我们是障碍物一样，在这里并不受欢迎，我可不是花钱来买这样的待遇的。他们说我们花的钱都会用于贫民窟的教育，也给我们展示了受捐助的那所学校，总之不是我们愿意捐助的那种印度贫民窟学校。导游AJ很专业，态度友善热情。如果你对贫民窟没什么了解的话，我觉得还是值得去，但是对于我们来说就是重复了一遍。我们是一对20几岁的澳大利亚夫妻。

我和我妻子去体验了他们的市场和寺庙的游览，第二天我去了他们的公共交通游览。两者都是懂得很多的导游带领你们去孟买很赞的地方。一日游需要你很有活力，也许不适合老人和体弱的人。游览价格很公道，而且知道他们大部分利润会贡献给公共项目，这点很好。

Chose the wonderful tour from a couple of different choices, turn out to be a brilliant choice. Nice guide Sunny who is really patient and friendly answered every questions we raised. He’s also a good photographer. If u have limited time in Mumbai, no doubt this is the most convenient way to experience local transport including buses, local trains and the tiffin distribution system. Will definitely come back again to experience other tours.

Yes, part of the office revenue is dedicated to community support of slum dwellers. And at the end of the tour you can buy local products and souvenirs. And the money was donated to the slum residents.

Hello! You can definitely do a slum tour on the 17th. If this is your first time in Mumbai, I recommend doing our slum and sightseeing tour. This will show you the top sights in the city and is done by private car allowing a very flexible schedule.

hi there, does this include pickup from The Westin Mumbai Garden City and what would it cost to do the following by car, or with a small group in car. We hvae 2 days...would prefer to split up and do two days say 4-5 hrs each day and see a variety like this....happy to do public transport also, train, tuktuk etc...and then car...or all car. Sorry for the delay in responding to you. Based on your itinerary, I recommend doing a full-day sightseeing tour by car on the 12th and the sightseeing tour by public transport on the 13th. That will allow you to see two very different sides to life in Mumbai and will help you see all of the attractions on your wishlist.
