Serene, calming and soothing ambience the moment to enter the premises. I booked a 90 mins deep tissue and my therapist Ratan just prised open all the knots and stiff muscles. Recommended!

Absolutely loved the service and welcome by Mr Pravin Yadav, thank you so much for the lovely bouquet and ensuring my son is taken care of whilst I enjoyed the amazing massage by Mahima. Truly loved it. Will surely visit again. Thank you.

The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and Pravin was super helpful and so were the rest of the staff. I was completely relaxed and so were my family.

I visited the spa 4 times during my recent stay at JW Marriot Juhu. The team are always accommodating and very welcoming. My therapists have always been great at putting me at ease and working on my problem areas. I have especially enjoyed the very kind and efficient service provided by the lovely ladies who attend the changing rooms. Always smiling and helpful.
It is nice to have the steam room, the cold pool and the lovely hot showers. I see myself returning to use the spa when I’m next at the hotel.

Loved the experience, great services provided by Ms. Neeta, and the ginger tea was fantastic as well. Would definitely recommend the jacuzzi and steam.

A PHENOMENAL 90 mins signature massage by SACHINE, words can’t really explain how good it was apart from it is the best I’ve had from the 100s of spas that I have been too. Absolutely fantastic.
Sachine, mahesh ( look after me in the cloakrooms) Pravin(front desk) brilliant and accommodating. The whole process from when I entered was mind blowing.

I had a deep tissue massage at the Quan spa located inside the JW Marriott Juhu. The massage was performed by Mary who was superb. I would firmly recommend the Quan spa and Mary the massage therapist.

Enjoyed the couples massage and the facial. My masseuse was Tetei. She did her job very sincerely and I left feeling completely rejuvenated after the massage & so did my husband.
The only thing I found a little upsetting was there was an irate customer screaming and shouting in the reception area during my facial and completely ruined the peace . That ruined the feeling of calmness which is required during a facial . If this unfortunate event hadn’t happened I would have given a 5 star rating .
