I love spiritual environments. When I visit these places, I feel at peace. Some hours here are very crowded and there are long queues. And they can have visitors from all over the world.

Visiting the Siddhivinayak Temple was an enlightening experience. The architecture is stunning, and the atmosphere is filled with devotion and peace. Our guide provided insightful information about the temple's history and significance, enhancing our understanding of its cultural importance. The rituals and prayers we witnessed were profoundly moving. Despite the crowd, the organization and management were impressive, making the visit smooth and memorable.

it was a blessing to visit Shree Siddhivinayak Temple to seek the blessing of Ganpati bappa and it was a wonderful experience. I always wondered visiting this place.

We were fortunate that we were called upon by Bhagwan Ganesh to offer prayers and seek his blessings. The popular belief is that Siddhivinayak Ganapati will fulfill the wishes of anyone who prays at this temple with a true heart. A must visit if you are in Mumbai.

The spiritual ambiance and architectural beauty attract visitors from all walks of life. The divine presence of Lord Ganesha fills the air with peace and reverence. While queues can be long during peak hours, the experience of seeking blessings at this sacred site is truly humbling.

Centrally located. quite close to Dadar station, Shree Siddhivinayak Temple is a must visit on your trip to Mumbai. It's well connected by local BEST buses too that ply from different parts of the city. Whether you come here to ask for some special favour or as a thanksgiving, the darshan of Lord Ganesha will make you feel truly blessed and at peace. If travelling on a short city trip, avoid Tuesday as its very crowded with the queues spilling on to the end of the lane. Prasad Ladoo's made of Boondi as well as coconut are available at a fixed nominal cost in the temple premise itself. Within the temple area, there is also a separate queue which offers a shorter queue and quicker darshan at an additional fee of Rs.100. It's completely optional. There are no charges for the normal queue. Overall, it's one of those places that's sure to make you feel happy to have visited it.

What a grandeur! Very well organised Temple.Its an excellent feeling to see the Temple.Highly recommended. The location can be easily reached by Local train , public transport and private car.

The Shri Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Ganesha in the form of Siddhi Vinayak or the Ganesha who grants your wish.
The exterior of the temple has a unique light pinkish hue reminiscent of the architecture of Jaipur or even the sand of Rajasthan. The facade of the building has the appearance of multiangular and multi storey towers, topped with a golden urn finial. The towers also give the appearance of being joined together to form a contiguous wall. Again in a style similar to Rajasthani architecture. Inside, the mezzanine floor appears to be used for puja and also contains the Sanctum Sanctorum, while the other floors didn’t appear to be for general access. The image of Lord Shree Siddhivinayak is housed in the sanctum. The priests are quite welcoming, even though I obviously wasn’t a Hindu. Thanks to this visit, I’ll keep a mental note to see if other Siddhi Vinayak are also red.

The temple is under what seems permanent reconstruction and cannot see a thing! Potentially worthy if you plan to worship, otherwise don’t think about going.

If you are planning to visit anytime of the year, then Wednesday Thursday are less crowded days to visit unless it's a bank holiday.

I like to visit siddhivinayaka temple with family.
My transit time at Mumbai is 5hours
So I would like to know whether there is any dormitory or guest house run by the temple or by others near to temple for one or two hours to take bath and keep luggages

Kindly note.
If you are traveling by air then the lounge on terminal 2 will be of some use.
If you are travelling by road/ Train then there are decent hotels that offer refreshing and luggage ( cloak facility) near Dadar Railway station.
From airport to Siddi Vinayak temple and back in 5 hours appears doable in the afternoon - between 1.30 - 4.00, otherwise will be difficult on Tuesdays and Week ends.
