The temple is under what seems permanent reconstruction and cannot see a thing! Potentially worthy if you plan to worship, otherwise don’t think about going.

A beautiful and blessed visit to Siddivinayak temple thats placed in the heart of Dadar in Mumbai and it was really a pleasant trip back and forth....we paid 100 INR for a quick / senior citizen line Q....we were fortunate to have a neat and quick darshan.
Please be informed that as usual that happens in all shrines here also the shop vendors will just call out asking you to leave your footwear and mobile....take the diff types of prasad set aside for God etc....however you can walk in thru the security gates at the entrance and inside there are free footwear stands available to they do not ask you to deposit your mobiles as you can carry it with you, however please do not click pictures inside the shrine !

Amazing and enthralling experience at the Siddhivinayak Temple. It's at Prabhadevi, Dadar, Mumbai. Near the Dadar railway station. We had a very less wait in the queue and the experience of the darshan was superb. Inside the temple there is a Hanuman temple also where oil and black gram is offered.
A must visit place for all seekers of Bappa's blessings!! Ganapti Bappa Moreya🙏🏻

A holy place for hindu . The main dairy is Lord Ganesh. You undergo security check before entering the temple premises. There is payment and free darshan. Don't miss the Rats statues kept outside the temple

Very beautiful mandir. Went there twice. But the management needs to review the organisation. You cannot pray while someone from the security is pushing you away. What's the use of me taking a flight to come so far and not even getting 1 min to pray? And also during covid times, you cannot touch me or push me sir! The security team is turning the temple into a market. Just change the procedures, give people dedicated slots to pray. Even the VIP line is not that well maintained. I opted for VIP last year, and this year the Rs100 queue. No difference observed. How come Mukesh Ambani who came after me, gets to pray for 15 mins and us, small people, only 30 seconds? 5 stars for mandir, 1 star for misorganisation.

Sidhi vinayak Temple has a very Peaceful and elevating atmosphere. It is a must visit place located in Prabhadevi near Dadar local station. The arrangement of queue is effective for crowd management.

I came in part to enjoy viewing the exterior of this iconic Hindu temple. Unfortunately, 90% of the exterior is covered with large tarps. Then, I waited in the men’s line for 70 minutes before being able to enter this divine place of worship. I was told that long lineups exist the majority of the time. Best to arrive early in the morning.

Reached here by catching a local bus, it toon some time for darshan as there was huge crowd,but had nice darshan and blessings

Would like to know if we are allowed to go by walk tomorrow to siddhivinayak temple,is there any group going by walk I would like to join?
I like to visit siddhivinayaka temple with family.
My transit time at Mumbai is 5hours
So I would like to know whether there is any dormitory or guest house run by the temple or by others near to temple for one or two hours to take bath and keep luggages

Kindly note.
If you are traveling by air then the lounge on terminal 2 will be of some use.
If you are travelling by road/ Train then there are decent hotels that offer refreshing and luggage ( cloak facility) near Dadar Railway station.
From airport to Siddi Vinayak temple and back in 5 hours appears doable in the afternoon - between 1.30 - 4.00, otherwise will be difficult on Tuesdays and Week ends.

How Can I get VIP passes/// Is there an authorised centre to get or can I get it online. whom to contact because I read that many people ask for money for VIP darshan is this safe to pay them

The VIP pass is available only when there too much of crowd. However when u go there see the rush normally it won't take more than 30mins for the darshan. You can enquire about the darshan pass near the VIP entry gate

Just curios about the photo, how big was the photo they gave? Will it fit in a backpack? I am just doing s stopover in Mumbai and was wondering be able to take a bit photo/

The VIP line is usually fast moving. The lockers are not big enough for a Backpackers backpack but a normal laptop size backpack should fit in it. I did not understand your question about the photo. Photography is not allowed inside the temple but you can take as many pictures as you want in the vicinity.
