在去那里的路上，我浏览了一些这个景点的评论。我想“呃，呃，一定是弄错了！ 那里是脏兮兮的，破旧不堪的吗？……是的。我去得高兴吗？是的，真的当我到了这个地方并用“西方社会”作比较是时，我发现它令人惊讶地令人愉悦我试着用不同的眼光看它——不管怎么说，这是只有在印度当地才可以让你体验的事情——这里确实有一些美丽的东西。入场时将向您收取50卢比的摄像费。然后，如果你决定进入寺庙，就会被要求在每个寺庙捐款。但我没有，我一直走到山顶，停在池塘边。猴子们很有趣，看起来他们吃得很饱，不会来打扰我。别理他们就好了，除非他们是你来的原因。显然，对当地人来说，仪式性的沐浴在精神上很重要。我很尊重。但如果你更喜欢身体上的清洁的话就不要体验剩下的了…总之这是一次相当美丽的冒险。

寺庙里有斋戒的传统习俗，景区很值得一游，因为寺庙很美，许多美丽的寺庙建筑，有很多猴子，它们很友好，会淘气的从游客那里拿走花生。

傍晚的时后到达这边，相较之下没甚么游客，一进去之后发现超级多猴子，但不要碰触牠们就能相安无事。门口除了门票之外又被强迫多收一笔捐赠费，上面有寺庙，如果不想捐赠就也不用进去寺庙听他们讲解。

除了...沿途可见的猴子外，还有每段路就有索取过路费的民众，说是每部相机的拍照费、说是参观门票...等，但置之不理即可通过，一直到最后的寺庙区，一个拿着一本复写纸的大叔说要收取门参观费，还真的开立一张印度文的收据，不给就呼朋引伴而至，一直到这关才不得不给。我朋友秀出手机相簿证明他真的连一张照片都没拍，才得以免除被收费的命运。这里的猴子不比台湾的柴山多，整体区域的氛围也没期待中好，但当是午后散步爬山，是个不错路线

地方并不大，也没有太特别的建筑，都是私人的寺庙，他们供奉的佛像都在寺庙的最里面，有点恐怖。带你进去以后会帮你点上他们信仰的红印，再绑红绳，问你要不要拍照，最后就叫你给钱。第一个还好，没有强制给多少，第二个半拉我们进去了，真的是里面超级里面的小黑房，供奉神的摆出来都是100卢比，最后强制要我们每人给100，但是我们真的太生气了，给了110就走了

这是一个必须要去的粉红城古庙，那里可以学到很多文化和旧的东西，这个寺庙有500年的历史了，那里有蜡烛在连续不断的照明，非常古老的湿婆神庙，并且你可以到外面用你的手给猴子喂食，它们对人都非常的友好！！！这里是来斋浦尔必须要来的地方。

Not at all necessary. The water is super dirty. It is considered to be holy water by the localities. but if you like to enjoy from the view , take a room in the hotel which is on the water

Staff are quite persistent in asking for money the whole way just ignore them and pass it off, monkeys do jump on you, long walk but not too bad, don't bother takingmoff,your shoes , monkeys can be violent towards each other , ppl just looking for Money. 3/10

Not sure what the question is? The answer above is quite accurate. There are a number of temples within the complex and they do want to lure you in for a donation. There is also a sign indicating a small charge for taking photographs. The walk is not very long but it does go up a relatively steep set of stairs. Guard your belongings if they have any sort of edible or attractive item as the monkeys are not shy

I will be visiting Jaipur in January & staying at the Four Points Sheraton. I would like to visit Galtaji, but only have one free afternoon. Can I hire a driver to take me from the hotel to the temple or is there a tour company that offers half-day tours? Is half a day enough time to visit the temple? I appreciate any advice. Thanks.

We took a tuk tuk up to the temple you only need about an hour to look around get the tuk tuk driver to wait he will don't worry. you will need a bit of money to buy some peanuts for the monkeys and beware they will grab the bag right out of your hand, be sure to check out the upper pool when your there, and watch for peacocks on the road up to the temple. have a great time

Drivers know where the temple is and the right time to go ( we used a taxi towards the end of our day ... )It was the taxi drivers suggestion. He also advised getting there towards dusk. The monkeys are active then and we also saw them being fed.
The taxi driver parked at the bottom of the hill and we strolled up to the temple and back down before dusk.
