I have a dated and signed certificate of authenticity for an " 18ct white gold ring set with a 1ct best quality Burmese Ruby and best quality diamonds" (April 2013). 1 year after I bought it I had to return to Goa (further expense) to have the white gold band remade as it wasn't white gold as I had requested (April 2014). This was the only time the ring had been out of my sight. I recently went to have the ring valued in my presence with a highly reputable jeweller only to be told that not only is the ruby NOT Burmese it is flawed so NOT best quality. I paid in the region of £1,100 for a ring which is not what I was promised or what the certificate or receipt says. I do not trust the ring to arrive safely should I return it by post and my friends who were due to take it back for me couldn't travel because of COVID 19 travel restrictions. I cannot bear to wear the ring as my experience with Shalala by email and telephone (further expense) has spoilt my whole experience with them. I have wasted my money and have a ring I hate, Ideally, I would like a full refund and postage paid for me to return it. So, beware buyers!

Не выполняют обещанную доставку товара в Россию. Написали, что курьерская компания с которой они работают не может растаможить товар. Обещали найти другую компанию, Но прошло уже 2 недели, а никаких услуг и компаний не предоставлено, похоже на то, что кинули

overall it is a good place for purchasing handicraft items but one has to bargain a lot to arrive at a fair price of the items

This place is renowned for its carpets that look great but we didn't buy any. However we did buy all our presents for people in one hit and had great fun negotiating an overall price. Jewellery is very good quality and they are very helpful. My wife tried on an Emerald and Diamond ring she liked the design of but wanted a sapphire version. Out came a bag of quality Sapphires and the Emerald was replace with a chosen Sapphire overnight. Pashminas were excellent quality and we picked up a beautiful antique hand painted book illustration. All this plus some reasonable silver earrings for a relative. great bunch of people and good fun to haggle with. Highly recommended.

Мы нашли этот магазин совершенно случайно, по дороге на пляж, ранним утром. Потом зашли в него в другой день в рабочее время и были поражены огромному выбору ковров, платков и других художественных изделий.
Персонал магазина был очень любезный и показал нам лучшие изделия, которые у них есть в продаже.
В итоге, мы приобрели разнообразные платки, женские блузки и, самое главное, большой шелковый ковер, на который оформили доставку в Россию, чтобы не брать с собой в багаж.
Ковер прилетел в СПб, как и обещали, через две недели. Никаких таможенных пошлин платить дополнительно не нужно было.
Нам показалось, что этот магазин - один из лучших в Гоа по качеству и цене, если покупать что-то стоящее из местных товаров!
Персонал магазина был очень любезный и показал нам лучшие изделия, которые у них есть в продаже.

We visited this place and had a look at the carpets, the staff were very attentive and the refreshments were welcome. While the carpets were amazing it seem difficult to convince the staff that a very small carpet was all we could physically accommodate in the small room we intended. We bought a silk on silk carpet and were happy with the price (although we are still waiting for the email with further info as to the manufacturer, possibly not correct information methinks) Beautiful goods throughout the showroom and some beautiful jewelry which we purchased. Had we not still been waiting for this email we would have given a 5

My partner and I have visited a few shops in Goa. Shalala had not only the best selection, but as well the best prices and very professional service. We ended up buying 3 beautiful silk on silk carpets. About 2 weeks later they were delivered to our doorstep in Europe! We didn't explore any of the other parts of the store, we were only interested in carpets. But from what I could tell - you can find everything here! highly recommend to visit in Goa!

This beach is one of the best beach of Goa with clean and calm water. We enjoyed having a bath in it and were very much relaxed.

I just walked in for a quick look on my way to a bookstore and I found myself in a two storey building full of treasures, carpets, jewellery, precious stones, scarfs and textiles. It wasn't my intention to shop but was invited to look around without feeling pressed. A very charming assistant gave me all information I asked about prices and details. I finally ended up in the stoles department and couldn't help getting a lovely pashmina for my husband. It was my intention to get one since I came to India and the selection and prices at Shalala were so good I knew I couldn't leave without it. Highly recommended for excellent quality if you are in Goa

Shalala Handicrafts не просто магазин. Во-первых, Вас очень радушно встречают, во-вторых, все сразу не показывают)))), постепенно подогревая ваш интерес к месту в которое вы пришли. Угостят очень вкусным чаем, множество сортов вы сможете приобрести здесь же. Прикоснувшись к шелковым и кашемировым коврам испытывают восторг даже тех, посетители, которые не будут их покупать. Этот особнячок очень понравится женщинам, потому что, каждая из нас найдет в нем что-либо для себя. Это драгоценности, шарфы, платки, покрывала, джемпера, сари, сувениры. Я думаю, что весь ассортимент я просто не знаю, потому что была там всего 2 раза. Советую там побывать тем, кто любит делать покупки в спокойной атмосфере. Shalala Handicrafts - сказочное место, ощущение таинственности данного места присутствует и сейчас. Желаю всем сотрудникам приятных и щедрых покупателей, а владельцу - здоровья на долгие годы и процветания.
