On-time, courtesous and fast delivery to and from the airport. I booked one way transfer from airport to my hotel, because as a foreigner I do not have any form of digital payment used in mainland China. Their service is so good that I book another trip when I depart the city. Good quality transport service in Shanghai

Unfortunately we had to cancel our planned transfer in March 2020 due to the current situation due to the corona virus. For the experience of booking and also canceling the transfer, I give Mr. Orange 5 stars. Friendly, quick and competent! The next time we stay in Shanghai, Mr. Orange will be our first choice.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking as we are unable to take our cruise from Shanghai due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Both the original booking and the subsequent cancellation were handled very professionally. The refund was received the same day we requested it! Sophia was very helpful.

WE had a cruise scheduled to leave out of Sinapore. Contacted Orange-Transfer... for transfer from Hotel ( at Changi Airport ) to Cruise terminal... Sophia was wonder --quick response and very helpful....unfortunately due to Virus in China...Cruises had to be cancelled for this year...have plans to do same one next year ( hopefully),,,Will definitely use this service.

We were to arrive in Shanghai and needed a trnasfer to the cruise terminal. I contacted Sofia who quickly responded and efficiently detailed the service Mr Orange could supply.
We found all the details were suppied and payment made easy. We did not have to worry about our transfer. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled. I contacted Sofia and within the hour Mr Orange had refunded our payment and wished us well for a future visit. At a time when we were stressed we found it excellent to deal with a company which was efficient, courteous and gave us confidence. Thanks Mt Orange.

We arranged the services for a private car with a driver and an English speaking guide for our 3-day visit to Shanghai after our 30 days Holland America Asia Pacific Cruise.
We dealt with Sophia through the whole process and she offered suggestions and was able to answer our questions in a timely fashion. She was very professional.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our complete vacation.
As advertised by Mr. Orange, they refunded the total deposit that we paid for their services in a timely manner!
I would recommend Mr. Orange to my family and friends.

Good afternoon, I am looking to book an airport transfer from Hongqiao international airport to Sofitel Shanghai Hyland on 30th January. 2 adults and 2 children aged 13 & 11years old. Can you please advise price and if I can book your Trip advisor Downtown Shanghai to Hongqiao international airport tour as i will be travelling the other way. Is this ok?

I paid $36 but it was a sedan that would not accommodate 8 people.
If you go to their website you can find a quote for a vehicle that will accommodate your group.
They are very helpful and responsive!

I am looking for Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) transfer for 5 people to Hyatt Place Shanghai New Hongqiao 2799 Huqingping Highway, Qingpu District for Oct 29, 2018 (U.S. flight lands 16:20). Travelled with mr orange transfer from pudong into city centre after arriving at about 7pm. Thoroughly recommend this service, i think cost was about $60australian, you can contact them and get a quote
