Excellent tour, very funny tour guides, interesting description of coffee roasting process, lots of coffee sampling… easy Uber ride from San Jose! Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend.

The guides were ecsquisite - perfect conbination of humor and information! Best kind of tour in this category, they made it a really fun yet learningful experience. It was almost like being part of a performance where audience takes part

This tour was truly amazing! We were a group of 15 travelers. Our guide, Maria, was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. She made the tour interesting and so pleasant. Everything was very interesting and I was very surprised about some of the facts; especially how the coffee beans are hand picked and done several times - depending on when they are ready. Highly recommend this tour!

Great coffee tour near San Jose. Very informative and guides were excellent. They really enjoyed teaching you about the entire coffee process from growing to tasting. The property was very pretty and an enjoyable walking tour. Definitely recommend.

We were here on a group tour and had a great experience. The tour guides were funny and knowledgeable and answered questions well. We had coffee at several stops during the tour.

We showed up in the rain on a Monday and happened to be the only 2 on the tour. The check in desk provided us with a large umbrella to start. We met with Louis and right away he was very engaging, funny and informative. From start to finish it was a unbelievable experience. The coffee was phenomenal, but our guide really made this tour worthwhile!
If you’re interested in learning about coffee and horticulture then you’ll enjoy Britt Coffee. They also have a lovely store & cafe.

Very enjoyable and educational The guide was entertaining and funny. The tour was in English and Spanish. This made for a great day!

I booked a tour, but no charge appeared on my card. Prior to departing USA I sent an email requesting transportation from our hotel . No response. When we arrived we had received no communication. We did not visit Britt. Upon returning home, I found $175 charge but no contact had been made. Why did you charge me when you did not respond so that I would know there was a reservation?
I believe you owe me $175 as no service was provided and I asked weeks prior to the date for information. Please respond by providing your

Tomé el tour que incluye visita al volcán por lo que desconozco si puedes hacer el paseo sólo a el cafetal. Estar ahí no implica más de dos horas y rápido puede ser una hora. Es caro y no se su tan interesante. si has estado en otros cafetales y sabes de café, no vale la pena. Yo no lo haría de nuevo y el café es más marketing que sabor

It's in Heredia but kind of out of the way, best to use a taxi to go and you can return by bus.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for your question. We offer daily tours at 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:45pm and 3:15pm. The entrance fee is $22 tour, $37 tour + buffet lunch and $54 tour+ lunch and transportation. Reservation is required.

We do have parking lot and as mentioned above we have a cafeteria, the coffee tour and the factory store open to the public from 8am till 5pm.
