I can only speak highly of these guys, who made my first rafting experience phenomenal, and thanks to whom others will surely follow.
Our Guide, Enrique, was very knowledgeable and professional, he first held a technical briefing in quiet waters before the actual rafting, and then throughout the experience was extremely attentive and thoughtful, with valuable advice, guidance and saving interventions:-D . The team established a friendly and playful atmosphere, I felt treated like a friend and not a customer, and that was the most important thing for me. The experience was adrenaline and fun, but I never perceived it as too difficult for me or dangerous. Along the way, which alternated small jumps and waterfalls with quieter stretches, we could also observe a large amount of birds and other local fauna. Definitely Recommendation the rapids of Rio Sarapiqui to start, and do it with this wonderful group, I hope you will love them like me!

We had a fantastic time with the Rios Pura Vida team white water rafting as a family (two adults, one 12 year old – all novices) on the Sarapiqui river. Safe, clear instructions, friendly and helpful personnel, and lots of wildlife spotting on the way. Highly recommended!

The best part of our trip to Costa Rica. Minor, Enrique and Walter were fantastic- they were very knowledgeable and even got out of the rafts for us to see wildlife. The run was great, good for the whole family and we felt safe but challenged by the rapids. Recommend 100%

We certainly had rafting professionals. All right. The welcome, the material, the security, the briefing, and the trajectories of the guide. Also a phenomenal time and lots of water. The price is a little expensive, but mens than other agencies. They are Costa Rica prices (but it is true that it is expensive for a family of 5...). We loved the experience. A very Pro and pleasant team

Wow! We experienced an amazing rafting tour with Kike and Domingo today! The river was wild, the guides helped us with everything (transfer, safety instructions, gear), the teached us a lot of the nature. We even stopped at the tarzan swing and some cliff diving (which other companies didn't do, haha) which was so nice of them. In the pauze we ate delicious fruits.
I recommend this company when searching for a rafting tour in the Sarapiqui river !!!

Incredible experience! Highly recommended, even as a beginner.
They picked us up at our accommodation and we immediately arrived at the river! We received a quick instruction and overboard!
We followed the instructions of our guide, who was on the back of the raft and everything was great.
In the middle of the journey we made a stop to swim and jump into the water from a small height, while they prepared short fresh fruit for us! 🍍🍍🍍
During the trip he told us things about the river and the area!
Some very friendly and close guys!

A wonderful afternoon with Rios Pura Vida. The guides were really friendly and fun, and helped us spot loads of animals and birds on the way. We felt totally safe all the time but also like we were having a big adventure. We had lots of time to also jump from the side of the river, and really enjoyed our break for pineapple and biscuits. We would totally recommend booking your trip with them!

We hebben deze tour geboekt aan de hand van de reviews op Tripadvisor. Werden hartelijk ontvangen door Davies en Walther. Ze waren super aardig en hebben ons en dochter (10 jaar) een super leuke middag bezorgd. Het regende die dag maar dat was totaal geen probleem. Ik zou deze tour iedereen aanbevelen!

Excellent experience with Rios Pura Vida. Price was better than other companies, but this family-owned company is smaller so the experience is more personal. Both our guides, Davis and Walter, were amazing! Communication with Oscar was easy. Our kids (10 and 12 years) are new to rafting, while my husband and I have experience. The rafting was a perfect balance between exciting and fun, yet still very safe. We also saw some sloths, monkeys, and a lot of birds while on the river, which further enhanced our experience. Overall, a top-notch experience. Highly recommend Oscar and Rios Pura Vida!
