Maybe because it’s high season they are over it. We found the staff not overly friendly. No one greeted us when we arrived bed. Only one older guy was friendly. It’s expensive for the short time.

This was an incredibly great experience. We enjoyed the zipline tour over 8 different ziplines and stations as a family with our 5 yr old son. The tourguides were doing everything to give us a great time. Really much appreciated! I recommend it entirely.

It was fun!!! one of the highlights of our trip. We all loved it and the kids (8 and 10) wanted to repeat the experience everyday! It is a family run business and everyone was really attentive and kind. We definitely recommend it!

I could not possibly say enough great things about this zipline company! It is a father and son operation with wonderful staff. They are the only zipline company to allow little ones to go! But its not "A little Kids Course", it's awesome for adults too!! It was incredible to get to do it with my 1 year old and she absolutely LOVED it. My 3, 4, 6, and 8 year old said it was the best day ever. The guys were all so sweet and patient with us. I never felt rushed or unsafe for a second. One of the guys was a father with a little one and when my 1 year old was wanted to only ride with me instead of a staff member he completely understood and gave me the ok which made it so enjoyable for both of us. Thanks guys! -they got some great pics too!

A HUGE thank you to these amazing guys!
Emmanuel, Manuel, Selman and Fabricio for a fantastic time!!!!!! And to our amazing guide, Ronny. Fun, exhilarating and breathtaking!
These guys are incredible! And safety is the #1 priority. I was so nervous to do this and to take my 5 kids!!! (The youngest being 3) but everyone did incredible with the help of these guys! DO IT!!!!!! You won’t regret it! There are 10 zip lines… all amazing! #5 was the best ♥️ And pay to get the photos at the end! So worth it!

We were super lucky to book a time where our family of 4 was the only ones zip lining. Had a wonderful time, the views are amazing! The staff was very fun! Would highly recommend this activity.

Our family of 5 had the best adventure with this company. Our kids are 12, 11, and 8. The canopy was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. They were fun, calming and made us all feel safe on some of the higher platforms and lines. We would definitely recommend this company!

My assumption there is no minimum limit... If too light then one of the crew will zip with you. There might be a max...but not sure you would need to check with them directly. If you can fit in harness then weight should not be a problem. You don't necessarily have to book ahead of time, but still beat to do so...especially given your weight questions. Share this with them so they can ensure the appropriate crew can assist you.

I couldn't remember either but just checked their website: "Duration: About 2 hours.
Cost: $50, Transportation to/from the hotels of the area is avaible ($10.00 round trip)."
Also, they didn't allow cameras when we went; they'll take pictures of you, which you can purchase at the end of the tour. So bring extra $ if that interests you.
