Péssima experiência com esta agência, nos vendeu um passeio para ver a bioiluminensense, nos mostraram vídeos dizendo que eram feitos com celular, quando chegou a hora, quase não dava pra ver nada de iluminado, não tinha nada parecido com os vídeos que nos mostraram na venda do passeio na agência. Prometeram tudo, entregaram nada. Pior passeio que fiz em Costa Rica, dinheiro jogado fora, não recomendo a agência.

This tour operator was recommend to us by a local of Cobano.
The boat trip itself was well organised.
We also spotted a whale and a couple of dolphins on the way there, and they really took the time to show us! This was a very nice extra!
When we arrived at Tortuga they gave us the option to go snorkelling before heading to the beach. We got to see a lot of beautiful fishes etc. They provided the equipment for us!
Once we arrived at Tortuga, they had a big lunch prepared for us including drinks and fruit. Unexpectedly good! Very tasteful and good vibes!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Ps. Not the whole boat is covered by a roof so a good sunblock is recommend!

Wonderful ride to the falls. Beautiful beaches and lots of monkeys along the way. The horses are very well behaved. My guide was wonderful.

Went on a trip to Tortuga Island. We were asked to be there at 9 am. I though we were leaving at 9 but it was for check-in so waited for 20 mins.
Nice bilingual staff and boat. Snorkeling fine but water is not very clear. The best thing about the island was the lunch which was very nice.
The Island itself was a small beach with too many party people. Loud music playing everywhere. 1 $ for toilet.
I cannot recommend you to go to the island but that is not the company’s fault. They do their absolute best.

Puntualidad a la hora de salir de la playa. Muy buen ambiente con los guías, aconsejan qué actividades se pueden hacer. Siempre dispuest@s a ayudar y ofrecer bebida (incluida en el coste).

We did horseback riding with Cabo Blanco and it was an amazing experience. Our guide really took good care of us, showed us breathing places. Horses are incredibly nice and obeying. The best experience we had in Montezuma, book this tour and you won’t regret it (pictures and videos you can take are just wow). Also, guys were very helpful with booking and super friendly. Highly recommended horse ride, it was better than I expected to be honest.

Nous avons acheté un voyage de snorkeling pour tortuga island. Lors de l'achat on nous a assuré qu'ils vérifiaient le matin du départ avec les gens de tortuga island si il était possible de faire du snorkeling et qu'en cas de "red tide"( eau brouillé et odorante, irritation cutanée possible, poissons morts) nous serions remboursé et le tour annulé. Le matin venu, la compagnie nous a apporté jusqu' à l'île et nous a annoncé sur place qu'il était impossible de faire du snorkeling car il y avait du " red tide". Tout le groupe sommes resté coincé pendant 4 heures à attendre le retour en bateau à Montezuma: petite plage sans ombre bondée de touriste, toilette payante, randonnée en solo payante.
En me renseignant auprès des locaux à tortuga island, j'ai eu la confirmation que le phénomène de "red tide" était bien présent depuis le lever du soleil, la compagnie Cabo blanco ne pouvait donc qu'être au courant. Au retour à Montezuma, j'ai appris que la cie Zuma tour avaient eux annulé leur tour de snorkeling à cause du " red tide". Je me suis plain, mais je n'ai pas eu de remboursement.

Warning! Check for red tide. The sales people will not be honest about it. We scheduled a snorkel tour at Tortuga island. Once arrived we were advised there was red tide and there would be no snorkeling. Understandable. Once we spoke to the crew we found out that the sales people knew there was red tide but continued to send people out on the tours. Since this was a full day tour we were stuck on an island, not good for swimming due to red tide. The crew was great, kind, made us a nice lunch. We were disappointed to have paid for snorkeling excursion when they knew they could not deliver.
Once we came back we heard a potential customer ask about red tide and the sales guy say that there was none. Be aware. Apparently the other tour company in town was being honest and not booking the trips due to red tide.

Wir haben einen Schnorcheltrip für 60€ gebucht, bei dem wir, wie andere Bewertungen ebenfalls schreiben, an 2 Orten hätten schnorcheln sollen. Die Tage zuvor hat es geregnet, also haben wir am Abend zuvor und am morgen der Tour gefragt ob die Bedingungen gut genug zum schnorcheln wären, was klar bejaht wurde. Uns wurden einige Zusagen gemacht, von denen schlussendlich keine eingehalten wurde. 15 Minuten nachdem wir mit dem Boot losgefahren sind, noch lange bevor wir an den Schnorchelspots waren, wurde dann durchgesagt, dass wir heute nicht schnorcheln würden, da die Sicht seit Tagen zu schlecht sei. Zudem war in unserer Gruppe eine Frau, die den selben Trip für den Tag zuvor gebucht hatte, und ihren Trip wegen schlechter Sicht auf den unseren verschoben bekommen hat.
Die Agentur wusste also ganz klar, dass wir nicht schnorcheln würden, hat uns dennoch den Trip als Schnorcheltrip verkauft und zugesichert, wir würden schnorcheln.
Als wir den Manager anschließend darauf ansprechen wollten, war dieser mehrere Tage nicht im Laden anzutreffen.
Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden kriegen wir bis heute keine Entschuldigung, geschweige denn eine (Teil-) Erstattung.

We booked a few different excursions through this company. The first was a surf lesson for our 3 teens. The surf instructor was great, but the company was less than fourth coming: they talked us into a lesson in Montezuma rather than Santa Teresa , but then they took the kids on a 45 minute hike to another beach for the lesson. We tried to follow with our family but couldn’t make it through the terrain with our younger kids and we were worried for hours. The next experience with them was to book Ziplining. They confirmed our 7 spots after warning us that if we didn’t show up, they would personally have to pay for the spots and even sent the praying emoji to make sure we weren’t no-shows. Then I received a text message hours later saying they only had 4 spots available! By this time it was too late to book through any other company as it was after work hours. Save yourself a headache and book through Zuma tours: they are super professional, unlike this company

The deposit that you mentioned is a back-up in case of loss or deterioration of the equipment for rent and never be charged more than it cost the team. This client was given the equipment in good conditions broke you the ear of the League of the mask was useless so it is charging you $10.00 dollars because there is no spare parts. The has refused to pay the $10.00 that is not even half of l cost of this mask, for this reason it stopped the deposit. Finally made the payment immediately it was returned the $200 dollars

When a customer takes the Tour of horses it consultation initial by our part is know if has mounted to horse any time this for to assign you the horse, also is emphasizes of that can Gallop low your own risk, this by when them horses by their nature are animals competitive therefore when the people them leaves start to gallop and van galloping in the group already after not want stop. If these people that they have no knowledge of horse riding or hear the initial indications of not start galloping animal is not heated and it would not be difficult.
Although is true our guide not speaks English, his English is basic can communicate is with those customers.
To these people when arrive to the office it only that them interests is find a rate low and not is concerned by have a guide bilingual which is les could give low a cost extra since not is cheap get a professional of this type.
As for the dogs in our community all have them and have never caused problems to our horses, or in the village or on the beach, but we cannot deny that there are other people outside the place that take their pets to the beach and let them wander at will, which we cannot control because we are not their owners , nor can predict when they will be because the beach is open to the public and there is no restriction in our country so that these animals are on the beach.

In my case, the horse was - due to two wild dogs- rushing from the beach to the forest and I couldn't stop it. In front of me was a saggy loop of a branch. My horse ducked down and the branch wrapped around my neck, pulling me full speed backwards of the horse. Luckily, I feel backwards on the beach and have only a massively swollen neck and a swollen hand, but I could have easily died. The guide did not care at all, and by the way, he pretended to understand not a single word of English.
I will come to you with legal claims, by the way. Due to your enormous irresponsibility, your business needs to be shut down urgently, and I will not rest before this has happened. Unfortunately, the hotels and the other operators are very aware of the problem with your business, but we did not consult them in advance.
