The staff was extremely polite. The course was very well-maintained and has the most amazing 360* views of the mountains. It really is in the heart of the matanuska susitna valley! I would recommend this golf course to anyone.

Just down the road from us, this is a must for locals to golf. This year the greens have been in amazing shape. Flat and no hills, but the course does tend to get backed up a bit ... I feel they over book it.

We went golfing in Palmer using a Groupon which is a 2 for 1 special including cart and bucket of range balls, the course is open, and is next to the Palmer Airport. We watched the Army Black Haws do touch and goes all day, and people parachuting to the ground it was a great course all why we watched planes take off and land, so if you like golf and planes this is your kind of place.

Great friendly golf course for anyone wanting to experience golf in Alaska. The course is in its best shape in July and August. Rough conditions, especially on the greens, can greet the traveler in May and June. It's a great layout for the average golfer with generous fairways, lots of shot-making opportunities, and gorgeous views. It is as picturesque as any golf course in the world with views of mountains, rivers and glaciers.

In the area to see family. Nice course, good selection of rental clubs for my wife and me. Good powered golf carts. Greens were very uneven, fairways wide open. Very friendly staff.

Poor selection of rental clubs. Course very different than w we our accustomed to. Greens needed mowed. I would assume this is a typical Alaskan golf course

We did not play the course but it looks really nice. In the shop/office the people were very kind and informed us about the offers they had and the possibilities. Maybe the next time we will not just pay a visit but also play the course.

The Palmer Golf Course is a great place to unwind and spend the day with friends and scenery. George runs a first rate facility with customer service in mind. I cannot wait until the course is open again!

While I am not a big golfer, I love the challenge the river bluff offers. I've sent a few balls down there, and there is no way to recover those balls! I love the planes flying overhead and the views are amazing.

Beautifully groomed golf course near the snow covered Chugach Mountains north of Anchorage. Minutes from Anchorage and one of the earliest opening golf courses in the spring.
