Buffi has been my trainer for nearly two years. I can’t imagine a workout without her. She’s truly one in a million and my go to every time I need my butt kicked in the gym :).

I am incredibly grateful to Buffi for creating the fabulous online ROARbarre fitness program! It helped me immensely, especially during the early days of the pandemic.

Even though I was following along with her classes online, I felt as if she were right there in the living room with me, cheering me on. I learned a lot about my body and what I am capable of, and regularly incorporate what I’ve learned into my personal workouts.

Buffi’s online classes are great for beginners and pros alike, and I hope to someday take her real time classes at The Canggu Studio in Bali!

THIS WORKOUT IS JUST BRILLIANT! Thanks for this awesome challenge. I feel so much better. I was so exhausted and tired before and now taking my daily Ballet Barre Buffi dose brought me to more energie, better body feeling and positive mental strength. Additional it's so good to see you every damn day and hearing your voice. You just make me laugh and motivate me a lot! One of my highlights everyday (after my son) when I've put my son to bed in the evening. Don't stop. I love your workouts - it's perfekt for mums who work fulltime! Everyone have thirty minutes and I can already see progress and body traformation after 16 days! T H A N K S!

I started the online fitness classes of 30 minutes a day, 2 weeks ago, and I am loving them! The exercises are achievable, and results are just brilliant. Committing to this every day gives me “me time”, and let’s me focus on myself, and I already feel my tummy arms bum (and whole body) is tighter!
The videos give me the flexibility to do the exercise at any time in my day.
Spending 30 minutes exercising along with Buffi is sheer joy! She is positive, explains the exercises well, and always answers your concerns before you even have to ask the question. No comparison, after being a slave to cardio I have definitely found my happy place. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of doing the Barre Challenge in person and liked it so much I went on to do another 30 days at home through the online program. I love the shape it keeps me in for only 30 minutes of movement a day!

Buffi is the most amazing kick butt trainer with lots of energy and charm. She`s super passionate about her work out program, very knowledgeable and keen to make sure everyone gets a benefit from it.
I`m doing her 30 minute class now, but plan on continuing online as i travel.The class has definitely improved my bodyshape, i feel more firm and strong.
Highly recommend Buffi`s program.
Her class paired with her enthusiasm is perfect to make that daily work out fun.

Doing a 30 minute class a day is perfect, it is easy to slot it into your daily routine, and at the end of 30 minutes I know I’ve worked hard but always want more, it’s addictive 😃 so I look forward to getting back the next day! The classes are flexible and Buffi offers alternative movements to suit whatever you feel you’re capable with that day, and the variety between classes each day keeps things interesting! Buffi is sooooo responsive to any questions you need answered. I’ve been in lockdown in Melbourne for 6+ weeks now and I’m so fortunate to have had ROARbarre classes, they’re suitable for a small indoor space and have helped to keep me strong and fit. Love it! 👍🏻

Where do I even start?
I have been doing Buffi's online Barre classes for about 4 months now and I absolutely love them! They are short and sweet, so easy to fit around any lifestyle. She's such an easy instructor to watch, really engaging and she provides lots of different options for different levels of fitness. The easiest part is that you can do it without any equipment!
I'm a regular at the gym and enjoy lifting weights and high intensity workouts but Barre has given me a much leaner and feminine body and I've tightened those hard to reach areas around my thighs that I always striggles to get to before. I will definitely be carrying on with this, it's part of my daily routine now, thank you so much Buffi ☺️ x

This challenge helped me in 5 major ways:

1. It made me prioritize starting my day with exercise; putting what my body needs first over things that can wait 30 minutes.

2. Her specific Facebook community for this challenge helped me feel like I was a part of something bigger, because we were in it TOGETHER.

3. It doesn't have to be about a barre burn ALL THE TIME. 2 days out of the week focuses on stretching and yoga. Those were some of the HARDEST classes for me! Holding that pose? Stretching a little further? This challenge made me appreciate how important yoga is, which I used to loathe tbh.

4. I set a fitness goal I could actually stick to for the FIRST TIME in my life. Showing up for myself, and following through for me, means that I can apply this confidence towards other goals not even related to fitness.

5. My POSTURE has improved. I feel strong as hell and really love moving my body now because it feels good.

You MUST move your body with Buffi! Her enthusiasm and humor is contagious.

ROARBarre 30-30-30 Challenge, was the BEST choice I’ve made this quarantine! The commitment to show up to the classes has helped me form a daily exercise habit. Buffi is super fun, such an amazing instructor.
She pushes ‘fierce ’pulses’ when muscles are burning and begging 🔥🙈
