Amazing surf lesson! Will be back again for sure

100% recommend! Buddy was so helpful, kind and an excellent surf guide and teacher. Also amazing to have footage for each session! Buddy really takes his time with each person, and it's clear that he is very passionate. If you are looking for the right place to book your surf lesson, this is it!

Awesome Surfguide/coach

Budi was awesome. Always early to pick me up and find the best places to surf with limited crowds.
His spot and wave knowledge was amazing and he helped improve my surfing 10 fold by the time I left.
Not only was he a great surf guide but his tips and pointers make him a great coach.

Also helps he is friendly and all round great guy.

Great understanding of the local breaks ans very accommodating for any experience level me an my girlfriend done 3 lessons both at different experience levels an had our lessons fillm so got some great footage which buddy watched back with us and pointed out strengths and errors

Once again - HUGE PLEASURE

I´ve already surfed with Budi in March 2019, but decided to go back to Bali in September with my boyfriend... and we booked guiding with Budi for nearly three weeks. We absolutely loved it! Even though my boyfriend and I are different levels Budi knew which spots would be suitable for both of us. He gave us a lot of confidence in the water and helped both of us to improve. What I liked most? Budi is such a cheerful character in the water, but at the same time takes his business very serious ... always on time, great video analysis, good gear and wise selection of spots. He also took us on a longer trip to Medewi where me met his family. We can´t wait to go back and do guiding with him again.

Budi is a great surf guide. He is very professional, gives a lot of good advice and is also very nice 😊 Thanks to his help I was able to get some waves already on my first surf lesson!

Highly recommend his services. His nephew Budi also works as a surf guide in Surf Buddy. He is also talented, very nice and enthusiastic 😊

Great Surf with Buddy!!!

My girlfriend and I spent four days with Buddy. As total beginners after only one unsatisfying surf lesson we really enjoyed our time with Buddy. He is a super relaxed guy, speaking very good English and is super knowledgeable. We both stood several waves on the first day and after four days were able to pick up small waves by our owns. He gives great advices which helped us to progress quickly. Before surfing he gave us good instructions including safety and the specifics of the surf spots. So we felt save all the time. Thumbs up and full recommendation from our side. We are looking forward to come back and spend some time with Buddy!

If i have to describe this 5 five days surfing experience with buddy, i should use only one word: amazing. Buddy was so professional, he gave us all the right instrunctions and tips to fully enjoy our beginner surf experience. He provided us the best equipment, he was helpfull in every situation making us feeling always safe and confortable in water, giving us the possibility to surf the right waves in the perfect spots where often no one was there. He brought us in three amazing spots. We felt in love with this sport which became for us, thanks to him, almost addictive.
We enjoyed a lot the time spent with him not only during the lessons but also outside the sea: we is funny and always kind. (he also brought us to have am after session meal in a typical balinese restaurant, completing a real surfer experience)
So, thanks buddy, we will come back to see you and to improve our surf skills!
I reccomend him to everyone, from beginner surfers to experts!

Surf Buddy Bali was awesome. Budi took us to quieter beaches with less people. He explained everything regarding surfing to us and took us through everything step by step. Felt super safe in the water with him and learnt lots! Was very relaxed and easy going. Such a fun activity to do with a group of friends. I will definitely be going back next time I am in Bali!
