Well organised and executed well from booking to my time for leaving the spa. The staff are exceptionally friendly and competent.

This was truly a visit to behold. From reception through dinner, breakfast and eventually our treatments. I could not fault on any aspect.

We had a great time, the food was also very good. Big up to the chef. The back and shoulder massage was something we could coulded stop talking about. Definitely worth every cent we paid.

The SPA is really the best way to relieve stress and staff at Mowana is friendly and helpful. The desert was to die for. I will visit Mowana again in the near future

My “me” dates are always at Mowana, been to so many spa’s but nothing compared to the treatment you get at Mowana, my fav is the African skies night and always feels like the first time very experienced people who knows and understands your body as they massage you, you don’t even have to say a word on where to focus during the massage they just know,
Sadly I couldn’t go during my pregnancy as they don’t accommodate l, hope in the future yall consider that

I had the time of my life, never knew how good you can feel after a massage. I wish i could go every day. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was excellent. The setting was perfect.! Thank you for making my spa day special.

My Mom and I had a fantastic time, and looking forward to our visit! The service and overall spa experience was superb! The food variety is also great! Thank you for a day very well-spent.

So far, I am dissatisfied with the reservation process I have been chasing them for Payment details for three days and no one responded to the email, and then a day before my scheduled treatment I get am email that "if Payment is not received before 10am my reservation will be canceled"?
And I email them to say that I have asked for banking details and all my emails get ignored... This is not the right customer service. If I didn't have a special occasion, I would have cancelled this reservation and went somewhere else..
Hopefully the treatments make up for this experience.

Mowana Spa has various Pamper Packages on offer ranging from 1-hour treatments to full day pamper journeys - prices dependent on packages selected - see website for more info on packages and prices

Good afternoon Mowana Spa
I'd like to find out why your site suggests you open til 10pm on Sunday but after taking the time to find out more about the spa and then calling to booked I was told you close early on Sunday's. It feels a bit misleading as I would not have taken the time to research what you had to offer on your site and then take the necessary steps to book. The lady on the phone I spoke to didn't seem to interested in explain what your trading hours are or even trying to acquire me as client. Just couldn't wait to tell me your closed.
