they are very special and you can wish, which animal you want see and the ranger do really the best, to fulfill the wishes.

I initially booked several trips with Big 5 on a recent trip to Hazyview.
Delighted with the level of service I received from the first member of staff, I didn't hesitate to book again.
The second member of staff I dealt with, didn't quite match the expectations that had already been set, and when there were problems, because I didn't get what I asked for (the special offers), I elected to cancel the the booking.
I was then informed there would be a substantial penalty (almost 70% of the booking) to cancel it.
It took some very strong persuasion, to get the situation corrected, and I think it really depends on which member of staff you get, that determines what happens when you are there.
They have good offers, and access to all the activities in the area - just be sure that when you book - you get exactly what you asked for !!
