Pure luxury from start to finish. The villas are exceptional and the service, food, facilities match it. A beautiful experience with special mention of Tilson who was charm personified.

It was raining when we’re here today but that didn’t spoil our day. The fireplace was lit. The room felt cozy and happy. The wines were lovely. The charcuterie board was tasty. The hotel was lovely. Very modern. Art throughout. I’m sure the gardens would have been spectacular to see. Very fun afternoon!

We had lunch here, the food, wine, and service were all excellent. The views are to die for. This is definitely one of the gems of the winelands!

We stopped here to enjoy the views with a glass of wine, There is a lot of artwork to admire too and lovely gardens for a walk . Would recommend.

Super charming vineyard, exquisite atmosphere, delicious wines.
We were very well served, the wines were well explained and good aperitif option to accompany.

I stopped off recently whilst on a wine tasting tour in the area.
The estate is stunningly beautiful with wonderful views across the valley and to the mountains beyond.
The restaurant/ lobby / patio area are all very luxurious and opulent. Maybe a tad pretentious .....
We did not book ahead but we were nevertheless seated straight away on the patio area. It was not busy during the time of our visit.
The wine tasting itself, I found to be unremarkable. The wine tasting and the wines available on the testing menu were the most expensive that we tasted during the day, however, they were not to my pallette and none of us purchased any of the wines.
Our server ( sorry, I didn't get his name) gave us a brief description of the wines we were tasting, however I couldn't hear some of what he was saying due to us being seated along a long, rectangular table. I didn't find the server to be very personable. It seemed like he was just "going through the motions" of doing his job.
I believe that staff can make or break a business but I didn't feel like this gentleman was winning me over.
My friends ordered a food platter which looked very nice but was more expensive than similar platters available elsewhere.
It was very relaxing sitting outside in the afternoon sunshine, making the most of the wonderful views.
I would recommend a visit to others and I would return purely for the scenery.

The place is beautiful. Whatever the meaning of the word. It has art, bronze sculptures, incredible landscape with mountains and vineyards everywhere.

On our last day of our 19 day trip to Africa, our driver suggested wine tasting at Delaire Graff before taking us to the airport. He picked a perfect spot. The views were great from their patio, as we sampled their wines. Being from Northern California (not too far from Napa/Sonoma wine region), we really liked the wines from Delaire Graff. After wine tasting, we got their wine order list, and placed an order for a delivery back in the USA. They have a distributor on the West Coast that picked up our order and took care of it. Family has already shared the wine as we reviewed pictures of our amazing trip to Africa. I would highly recommend this spot for wine tasting in the Stellenbosch region.

Premise: the location is breathtaking. Well-kept interiors and fabulous exteriors, with a patio overlooking the truly stupendous vineyards. however, the wine tasting leaves a lot to be desired. the staff is not very inclined towards explanations and is rather approximate. the wines offered for tasting were rather mediocre. in short, we expect much more from a reality like this.

After we had looked at the beautiful town of Franschhoek and had a drink at the market (the ladies had to take a closer look at the stalls 😊) we drove through the beautiful landscape and this winery. After we had visited Bernie Els's beautiful winery the day before, I was excited. First we were shown to a table, the waiter introduced himself and told us about the winery, which wines they serve, etc. We decided on the three wine tasting. There were six of us and two platters of cheese, ham and bread were brought to us. Then the first two wines. A white wine 🙂 then a Cabernet Sauvignon 😊 then came a red wine, the fat-bellied glass was raised to our nose 😁🥰😍 the smell alone was amazing, of blackcurrant and cherry... Shiraz was a poem. Congratulations to the cellar master 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 By the way, during the tasting an order was placed from the German importer 😁

You only pay for the wine tasting. My opinion, have a walk around the estate and have a drink at the pool area as there’s a beautiful view there.

They have wines in all ranges. The younger they are, the lesser priced and the older go for higher prices. Assuming all in your group are adults and like wine, it would be good to order 5 sets of wines for tasting. You will get 5X6 = 30 wines. Afterwards, depending on your liking you could buy the ones you like

Not necessary. They have a large area and could easily take 15 people. However if you are too concerned about it, you could call them before going and book over phone.
