Amazing Hotel with nice and hardworking staff

Great place to stay. We stayed at the Nobu hotel for 2 days and i just wanted to commend Ms. Mary Ann Agres who cleaned our room. She's so nice and hardworking.

Horrible Concierge Team at Nobu Hotel

The Nobu Hotel Concierge Team disposed our personal belongings because we failed to get it on time. They disposed our Rayban, Oakley, Lacoste and Nike Shirts, Samsung earbuds, Nike caps and 3 pieces suitcase. I was wondering about their disposal policy? They gave back our cheap items and all our expensive items were thrown away/subjected for disposal, the above said branded items went missing and their answer was they disposed it based on their policy. I'm really mad and did not expect something like this to a premium hotel like theirs. So guys, better take care of your pesonal belongings you'll never know if this will happen to you also.

Relx-ing and cool experience

City of Dreams Manila we had a wonderful night. Best cool while relx -ing at the launching of RELX. The food was great but, the buffet accessibility is too far from our table. Beverages were limited but the service was excellent. I'd like to thank sir Arthur for excellent service and for being attentive and professional. We would like to give a tip but he went missing hope to see him again lol but, were already here in California. Kudos!

Great service and experience

To be specific, we stayed at the nobu hotel in city of dreams for 3 days. I am writing this review because I want to commend Ms Mary Jane of Nobu. She did the housekeeping on our room. She was fast yet she was able to clean up our bed properly. She really knows what she’s doing and makes sure all things were clean while making sure we are loving our stay at the hotel. Thank you COD for having good service as always. We’ll stay again there soon.

The views were amazing we took so many photos, the staff were super friendly and eager to please, we would like to make a special mention to Mary Ann Agres for her cheerful and more than happy to help attitude.

It is always reassuring that you are confident enjoying the restaurants and leisure pursuits knowing that the Security and Medical Team are watching your back.

My colleagues and I attended The 5th Philippine Hospitality Summit last April 27.

Comfort rooms are clean as well as the function room where it was held.

The highlight of that event is their is their salad. Would rate it 10/5🌟I forever love pomelo so this is biased 😅

From BALI to Hyatt Hotel City of Dreams 🤩

The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants going to the Hyatt grand ballroom. I am satisfied to the room where I stayed at Hyatt hotel but, before getting my key card I que for a long time at concierge. Meanwhile at the wedding event of Mr. Liu and PK the staffs were very welcoming and caring. Food were great and the service is fantastic. I would like to thank sir Arthur for assisting us during the event until it finished I really appreciated your effort sir.

And to newly wed, hello PK, Congratulations on your wedding day! This is such a special and memorable moment in your lives, Mentor MG and I are honored to share it with you. Wishing you all the best as you embark on this new chapter. Happy wedding and have a blissful marriage, PK!

Congratulations to all graduates! The ambiance is good, food were great and the service is excellent. I'd like to thank Mr. Arthur for the VIP treatment. Kudos everyone and see you on next graduation.

P.s.

Supposedly we are the ones whose assigned to seat on VIP table and yet we sat at regular table because our table were occupied by graduating students due to our registration's fault in giving seats.
