The room is very clean, comfortable beds nice amenities. Front desk are not accomodating especially boys. The food is great especially the buffet dinner.

Had an exceptional stay at Nuwa, the resort and hotel attached to city of dreams. The team and reception (the A team!) Ajay, Aaron, Alison, and Mark went above and beyond, checking in on us during our stay, as well as catering to all needs. Friendly, professional and excellent communication skills from all staff. The amenities and cleanliness of the accommodation are also of high standard, offering fast room service, plenty of shopping options and entertainment only a few minutes walk from our room. Definitely recommend staying here.

I had been a Melcro member in various parts of the world and this is the worst of all. Got a text saying all Melcro members are entitled to a specified gift from 8am to 11pm on 2nd of July, since I was in the area I drove there and upon reaching UG Gaming counter at 10pm and was told it is finished even though there were more than 100 of the items left showing in bare view just right behind him. When asked, he simply said its just for Jade member. So why bother with the text in the first place?! Its not the fact that not getting the item get on my nerve, but the embarrassment and time wasting of such acts. Worst of all, there isnt an official complain channel that is available to voice my feedback and complains. And the PR lady which opened my Melcro account did not sound apologetic nor accomodating when I texted her about this. Simply saying I will have to supply her with the EXACT minute of me being there so she can enquire about it for me. Even sacarstically sending me a translation of the text as if I couldnt understand english! The only channel available is a direct email to melcro macau, which is ridiculous but I have sent an email regardless, which I doubt will really care about what is happening in the Philipines given that they didnt bother to make sure their employees in Manila is even on par with their service in Macau.

i was invited to speak in a recent event held in this hotel. it was my first time to step foot inside. upon entering, the grand casino would actually catch your sight. not my thing.
the venue was at the grand ballroom situated on the second floor. to reach the area, one has to pass thru another lavish display of slot machines, roulettes and other casino equipment. there are also several stalls selling signature brands for bags, shoes and apparel.
the main ballroom can accommodate more than 500 guests. but for this event, it was split to also hold booth exhibits at the rear. the audio system was superb.
food was, of course, excellent. tha wait staff knew their tasks and very dedicated in accomplishing them. cheerful attitude as well despite the very busy workload. kudos to COD servers.
and oh, internet all you can for the free wifi. parking fee is not collected as well. woohoo! but i have yet to experience an overnight stay.

Last check in was April 30, 2024 and checked out May 1, 2024. Very nice experience for the family. We enjoyed swimming. For so many times that we stayed there, we enjoyed the food, but there were times we wanted foods which are not available inside the hotel. The sad thing is, you cannot bring in outside food. You will be forced to buy food from their restaurants.

What a very relaxing and excellent service I got from JANE Verin. I came with very tense muscles but now I feel so relax and feel great! I would definitely recommend Novu Spa.

We visited all the casinos in the area whilst staying nearby but are non gamblers.
This one is quite average and Okada is so much better.
City of Dreams has several restaurants, a large casino, upmarket fashion brands but one will get bored quite quickly without being a gambler.
On the day we visited there was a childrens character parade which my wife enjoyed.

Great place to stay. We stayed at the Nobu hotel for 2 days and i just wanted to commend Ms. Mary Ann Agres who cleaned our room. She's so nice and hardworking.

October 2020. Noticed on your website under safety protocols that SENIOR CITIZENS and Pregnant
Women were prohibited from entering casino.
Was curious as to reasons why?
