Huge Building and Nice hotel with a plus parking area, good and nice shopping outlets and restaurants.deserve a tour and visit.kids area planet is great but still close.place has a gambling area which I do not endorse no encourage people to play.
you can have a good hotel room at hayatt and great meals near that section.

This is long overdue but still he needs to be commended.

We checked in at COD last March 2022 and one of the staff who assisted us was Paul John Hidalgo from the Cloak Room Casino.
We ain't no VIP but the service and treatment that he provided us is on another level. This is one I keep on coming back to COD, this kind of gentleman who shows extraordinary service to his client.
I don't know how to praise him but thank you PJ for assisting us and making us feel we are important.

Stellar customer service from JP. Hope to see you again next time we check in to City of Dreams.

The City of Dreams has been able to maintain the cleanliness even as of today. This is a Melco owned resort, MLCO on the NYSE, near bottom late March and slowly recovered. No real benefits for stockholders though. This is a Hyatt run hotel so the standards are hopefully maintained, did not stay here but played several days. Nobu restaurant was fully booked, even though there was nobody seated when we came as was crystal dragon and some Chinese Resto. We got in at Breezes, and immediately noticed they had no kitchen there. Ordered salmon pasta (yuk) spaghetti bolognese(good), margarita pizza.Drinks were highly watered, Bahama Mama was not Don Papa rum, Manila vice no taste. The waiter said our orders were done at the Wave Resto and walked over to Breezes......hmmmm you decide.

The Hyatt Hotel is located in Paranaque (City of Dreams) is awesome, with a good customer service especially to Ms. Jackie, Sir Roi and the rest of the staff in front desk are excellent performance and good leadership. Kudos!!! with them.
The facilities of the room is very clean, staff are very friendly, relaxing ambiance, perfect for staycation. We will always visit here and recommend to our relative and friends. Good Job and Thank you!!!

Escaping the hussle of city life is a must especially now pandemic. Staying here in Nuwa is perfect for that quick escapade.dont forget to splash in their pool and look for lifeguard noel. As always, great service. Friendly as always. Kudos to this guy!

The worst experience we ever had in a casino. My husband and I together with our helpers played slot machine today and after 4 hours of playing unfortunately I lost that's why I just wanted to sit around to wait for my husband who was still playing slots at that time. I was surprised when an employee by the name of JEB with id number POO6465 selectively approached one of my helpers and demanded him to stand up and not use the slot machine chairs. I told him that we already lost and we just wanted to sit to wait until my husband finish playing slots. I was really dismayed on how they treat casino players. It is a casino that you should be prepared to go out immidiately when you dont have the money to play anymore. Instead of an apology Katrina with id number 4710 inisisted that it is casino policy to send out players who are not playing anymore. SERIOUSLY??? You cash in to your players then when they lost and dont have the money anymore you will ask them not to sit on the chairs!!!!

I order letchon kawali, grabeh ang tigas parang bato. They fry na frozen pa! Very Terrible! They are 5star hotel but the service like fast food.

This newly opened Japanese Restaurant is a must to dine for all tastes.

The quality of food is fresh and of high standard.

The management team, chefs and waiters are well trained, friendly and efficient.

The prices have been structured to meet all budgets and probably one of the best value and quality I have dined at in Metro Manila.

A special thank you to “MORRIS” and “GINIE”
(Management Team) and all the staff for always welcoming me with smiles and excellent food along with service.

Clearly the management have worked extremely hard to make this restaurant a success…

Keep up the hard work which is appreciated.

A place with full of adventure.
first enter of the car park, the elevator was not working. we think is fine for us to walk a little as we will be more enjoyable when having our meal later.
when we reached the entrance of the main lobby, a female of K9 team asked us to put our bagpack on the floor to allow the dog to smell!!!! on the floor !!!! they dont even have a counter or table????
my gosh, a hotel standard, suprisingly it impressed us.WOW

walking towards the restaurant, it was a fun moment to talk about how the hotel system work for their guest in this hotel.2nd floor before enter the casino area, the security stop us and asked us where we going? we told him we going to crystal dragon and he asked us what are we going to do there!!!!!!! what??? going to a restaurant to do what ???? beside of having meal we cant really think of what we going to do in a restaurant ????

Restaurant was perfect with the ambience ,decoration.The staff was great especially female attedant Joan. We reserved the table thru a Female Manager call Tina /Dina, not pretty sure with the name. She was pretty helpful however today was her day to rest So she endorsed us to another Malaysian Manager with surname of Kok/Kwok. Joan called the manager and of course Tina/Dina asked us to look for him, we do asked Joan to asked him. im not sure how a Manager should react when the guest called them but this Manager was really provided as bad impression as a MANAGER.He waljwd away when we still asking him questions as he was busy with other thing.

We do not want to make an comment however it showed how awful and ugly a MANAGER as a leader who carriwd the name of the restaurant even the a hotel who react like this.He had definitly ruined the image.

Food were not up to expectation, tastes were weird.
No next time.
