The attention to detail was incredible, from hotel reservations and transportation arrangements to recommendations for excursions and dining options. I felt like I had my own personal travel concierge, who was available to answer any questions or concerns at any time.

Very positive person with great recomandations, charisma and a beautiful smile. All the atractions proposed was very nice & interactive (Tango, Ranch).

Mauro was excellent and we enjoyed our time in Buenos Aires with him. He also sang at a wedding reception that we attended and was excellent and the crowd was so much fun!! We highly recommend him when you are in Buenos Aires or have an event where you need entertainment!!

I cannot thank Mariela enough for her help in making my Buenos Aires visit such a memorable and special one. From the minute I contacted her she created a personal experience for me enabling me to visit artists around the city. Without her help I would not have experienced this at all. I also did a bar tour too which was fantastic- a great way to get to know the city at night and again something as a visitor you would have not been able to do without the expert help of Mariela! Thank you so much - I can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent city tour of Buenos Aires with Nadia!! We had only 4 hours before embarking on our cruise and we packed it all in. From La Recoleta to San Telmo and La Boca we had an amazing tour around the city. We learnt so much about the history of BA, the economy, the politics… it was a perfect morning. Nadia and our driver picked us up at our hotel at 8 am and dropped us at the cruise terminal at 12:30.
I began emailing Mariela about our trip 7 months ahead of time and she always had a thorough and clear answer.
We ended up landing on the day of the massive World Cup festivities so we had a night tour that had to be canceled but Mariela was in constant communication as we figured out what was going to happen. When we realized the night tour would be impossible given the massive crowds in the streets, Mariela let us know immediately and refunded that portion. She reassured us our tour in the morning would not be affected and she was correct. Between Nadia’s fantastic tour and the I incredible communication with Mariela, I highly recommend booking tours with Buenos Aires Concierge. I will 100% contact Mariela if we are ever back in the area to explore more!

Mariela organised 3 Buenos Aries tours for us. Nayla and Flor were exceptional. They were both knowledgeable and friendly and would love to be with them again. Throughly recommend this company.

I am looking for a tour of the Jewish area, and possibly some wineries with locations for tasting in B.A. on March 4. What would one day of your time cost me. I will be staying in the Recoleta district. I am picking up an Overseas Adventure Travel Tour on March 5, so I want to see things they do not cover.

Hi Paulo, thanks for your email! I have studied portuguese for some years but I dont feel comfortable enough to give the tours in portuguese myself, but I have other tours guides that work with me that can do it :) So please dont hesitate to email me and I will be happy to assist you! :)

This is not a question but it is an important comment to be read by all visitors to the Buenos Aires Concierge review page. I am a passionate supporter of the Trip Advisor community and I value greatly the service offered to me and others. Trip Advisor works on the basis of honest and true reviewing but the so-called "review" by "Mary Pauleen H is unsubstantiated and slanderous/libellous. My own review and that of the 99.9% of other reviewers are very positive about Mariela. The review by "Mary Pauleen h" is inconsistent & highly suspicious in nature and intent. Having spoken to Mariela, she has never met this "reviewer" or her sister. At no time was she ever a client of Buenos Aires Concierge. I have no idea if "Mary Pauleen h" is fictitious or real but there should be no place for a false accusation of this nature which can potentially damage the reputation of a person with great integrity. Please note - I am not a relative or a friend of Mariela's. I am just an enthusiastic client, as well a regular Trip Advisor contributor and beneficiary of other reviewers' honest and helpful reviews. Trip Advisor staff - please don't let our wonderful Trip Advisor service be abused by people such as "Mary Pauleen h" - I recommend that you remove her posting immediately and.....if you were one of the 6 people who gave "Mary Pauleen h" a helpful vote, please look at the wonderful reviews that every other reviewer has given Mariela and ask yourselves...."was I duped by Mary Pauleen h"?

I’ve known Mariela for many years and I can say that she’s one of a kind. In despite of her professionalism and passion –because she loves what she does-, she’s an exceptional person.
I can’t imagine what motivation can induce a person like “Mary Pauleen h” to write these kind of blasphemies about someone like Mariela, but I’m sure about one thing: this guy/girl is a pathetic human being.
I stand 100% for Mariela and invite anyone who hesitates about her integrity to email me or call me for more references. When it comes to Mariela and her job as a tourist advisor in BA, you’ll have to make a lot of calls before you find someone who hasn’t felt rewarded by her knowledge, kindness and passion at every moment when she’s guiding in the streets of our city.

Hi Helen, how are you? If you are 4, it depends on how much luggage you have. 4 people can fit in a car (I work with Renault Partner cars) and the price is $55 us total. But if you have a lot of luggage, you will need a Van. If you need any further information you can email and I will happy to assist you! Also, thanks Jane and Gregory for your answers :)
