From start to finish Spa Avania delivered! Martina was so kind, Kami was delightful, everyone was incredibly professional and helpful! Just the relaxing getaway I was looking for!!

Second time here and the staff was wonderful and my massage therapist Monica was amazing! Great place to spend the day!! We will be back!

We spent the entire day at the spa! The services were top notch and very relaxing. The mineral pool was just the private space we needed to enjoy the day. Just make sure you book the services before you get there to ensure they are not already full!

The spa is beautiful. I had a Detox body wrap. It was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. It was chilly outside the day of my appointment, but I still enjoyed the outdoor area. The fireplace was a nice welcoming touch. My only complaint has nothing to do with the spa or its staff. It was the other guests. I have been to several spas of this caliber, there is usually an expectation of privacy and the quiet calm that goes with a spa day. The guests were loud and obnoxious in some places. They were taking pictures all over the pool area, listening to music on their phones, and carrying on loudly. Cellphones are usually left in the lockers. Also, there was a phone going off for at least 20 minutes from the locker room. I didn't see any signs, nor hear any staff remind clients to silence their phones. I know people are addicted to their phones, but having one in your pocket or with you on silence is different than this experience.

Beautiful spa area. lol bed the hot and cold pool area. Massage was wonderful.
Service when by the pool was horrible. The waiter completely ignored me even when I tried to get his attention. My husband was given a coupon for a birthday cupcake (pretty cheap for Hyatt standards) the same waiter that ignored me took the coupon tore it up and said we aren’t doing this today. Very disappointing. We wanted to eat lunch after our massage by the pool. There was absolutely no one there to take our order.

Celebrated my 50th birthday in Scottsdale. One of our highlights was Spa Avania. We were pampered by some wonderful professionals. It was truly amazing!

Lovely setting. My provider was really very nice and listened well and offered treatment suggestions and techniques for my back and arthritis issues. I throughly enjoyed the spa. The weather didn’t allow use of the pool area but it looked nice, though mostly shaded. The hot tub, sauna and steam room areas were nice. We had a nice lunch at the hotel restaurant.
