I bought a ring that had a turquois and coral stone on it back in November when I visited Sedona. Two weeks later the coral stone had fallen out. They have a 3 month workmanship warranty so I attempted to contact them to have the ring repaired. My husband and I made numerous calls which were not answered and sent a number of emails with no response. Since it was almost at the end of the the 3 month warranty period I posted a complaint on their Facebook page. My husband got an email back almost immediately. They agreed to repair the ring. I mailed the ring to them and it took about 6 weeks to get it back. A day and a half later the stone fell out AGAIN! This stone was a little bit tinier than the original and it looked like some kind of filler was added to the place where the stone had been. The filler stuff fell out when I turned the ring over. I have purchased jewelry several times before, at this store, and I have a ring that has multiple stones that I got from them about 5 years ago and have never had a problem. The workmanship has changed and not for the better. The coral stone should not have fallen out of the ring two weeks after purchase and it certainly should have lasted longer than a day and a half after it had been repaired and that was done only after many attempts to contact them. There are other stores in Sedona that sell jewelry and I do believe it would be wise to shop at one of the other stores and stay away from Native Jewelry of Sedona. It was my favorite store in Sedona until now and I will not be shopping there ever again.

The help at this store was rude and unprofessional. The jewelry looked nice but we’re not well made and broke easily. I would never shop here again, nor would the rest of the people on my tour after seeing how I was treated. I was looking forward to seeing Sedona and it was ruined by shopping in this store.

The employee or owner/operator baited me into a discussion that I declined to participate in multiple times, then he insulted me so quickly left. This employee or owner is not like other Sedona employees I have interacted with which have been kind, patient & respectful. I do not recommend this shop. Please make your Native American jewelry purchases elsewhere. Thank you and good day mate

This shop has a very good collection of Native American jewelry from a variety of artists. The prices are fair and lower than at other galleries.... and we found the staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helped save tax by selling for shipment out of state. The shipping fee was far less than the tax. If you do not live in Arizona be sure to ask about this.
I recommend this shop if you are in the market for authentic Native American jewelry made with quality materials.

Jody(ie) was very helpful and sweet. I saw MANY pieces I wanted. If money was no object, I absolutely could have dropped $10K in minutes. With all the different colors and styles, it is hard to choose. There are so many unique and rare pieces, no 2 are alike. There are some matching sets. Jody was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back. I plan to purchase some items with the turquoise stone with green in it next time. Thank you, Jody! To the person with the negative review/comment - get over it. Rules are rules. There is a reason why they don't allow videoing and picture taking. Grow up. I am SO happy with my purchase!

I am always amazed at the knowledge the clerks in native stores have, and this is no exception. I continue to learn more about native art as I visit stores. The selection here is wonderful.

I was looking around while my mom was recording a video of Sedona then followed me into the store while still recording. We didn't see any signs that says No photography allowed or anything. Then one of the women that work there came to us and started talking loudly and said: we don't take pictures here. She spoke down to us as if we were two kids. I used to enjoy looking at the pieces this store had but now I feel bad such rude people work there.

This is the ideal place to buy beautiful Native American handcrafted jewelry. The owner was very patient with helping me find just the right item and size for me. His knowledge about the gemstones, their origins and crafters also helped in my purchase decision. I recommend starting your search for that right piece of jewelry here.

I had searched probably all the jewelry stores looking for the perfectly made pendant. This store has many artisans and 4 indigenous Indian groups. This is the third time I have bought a piece from them The owner works the store and is very knowledgeable about the folklore and stones.

Nice store. Things were laid out nicely. There was a large selection jewelry available. No hassle clerks in the store! Bought a few items.
