Good place to warm up after walking for hours in the cold. Geothermal sauna was a fun experience. And the hot tub was nice.

Fantastic local geothermal pool in Iceland.
Popped in for a swim. Super friendly people. Rainy day but warm water. Swam laps. Locals sitting in the hot tub. Views of the mountains capped in snow while you swim. I swim in pools all over the world, mainly sea pools but this pool has to be in my top 10 for how unusual it is. As an Australian we expect a lot!

Piscine extraordinaire.
Hamman naturel.
Zone à 40 degré avec appareil de massage, à 8 et proche de 0 je pense.
Piscine de nage de 50 mètre très propre et chaude.
Vraiment un très bon moment apres une randonnée...ou non!

Very nice outdoor swimmingpool, especially when there is hot summer, as we experienced on our trip to Iceland. The sauna alongside the pool is very special. No oven - the warm steam is coming directly from the volcanic underground.

We really enjoyed this swimming pool and I definitely recommend it to families with small children. Our 3yo played in the big pool with the floating toys, our 11 month old baby loved the shallow soaking tub, my husband couldn't stop raving about the natural steam room and I could just relax. There were very few people on a Friday morning in late September.

Nice staff, good changing rooms, great pool to play in with kids and the sauna and jacusi with massage was fantastic.

It's not the best equipped swimming pool on Icelandic scale but it has however excellent natural steam bath that stands out. The water jet massage is in the hotter tub around 40C but usually it's in water around 38-39C. The surrounding is partially worn out but its an old swimming pool but the natural surrounding is really nice. Part of the house is under maintanence so I hope for it to be 5 star swimming pool again some day.

We really liked it here. Yes, it’s a little dated, but we thought that was part of its charm. The 50m pool is great, with 2 nice hot pools/pot and an icy plunge too. The steam room is HOT! And eggy; but traditional nonetheless! We liked the quiet, local feel here.

This pool has been recently refurbished and looks great. The water was clean and warm. The water jets in the hydrotherapy pool are really really strong.
