The elderly lady at the desk was not friendly at all. The hot tub was out of order indefinitely. The pool was cold, which surprised me since it was an indoor pool. We just expected better after seeing the photos online.

We visited the Hart center everyday during our 7 day stay at the Wyndham resorts and had a pleasant experience each time. Whether it be a visit to use the gym or a trip to take advantage of the huge pool and got tub, the Hart center was great to have.

The centre is superb for rain days and is convenient with plenty in the facilty--great staff and clean,. Visited this spot and the local library which is truly a gem; they had movies (BBC and PBS, no less) with entire series and movies I couldn't get in the entire Memphis public library. Most of the time was closed as was the centre but both are excellent. Virus time so had to close. Staffs were superb. Aaron F. TAtum--from Memphis and author of Shakespeare's Secrets--A Novel

Very clean gym with workout equipment, weight training area, indoor running area, pool, and classes. The staff is very nice and helpful. It also has a large changing room with showers.

A clean facility with great staff and a number of classes for all fitness levels including Silver Sneakers, yoga and Piyo. Pool, walk/running track, basket ball and pickle ball, weights and plenty of equipment to work out on.

My husband used the Hart Center during our stay in Fairfield Bay. He said it was a really nice facility with good equipment and a nice selection for excercis activities.

We stayed for a week at Fairfield Bay, the fitness center and indoor pool. the pool and indoor basketball court was perfect for a rainy day and the fitness center met our work out needs. If you stay here, please be aware of the hours and classes they have, guests can join in for free, but the indoor basketball courts are shut down during this time.

Visited with wife and daughters multiple times during our week in Fairfield Bay. Only indoor pool available in the area, so Wyndham had an agreement with the center for guests to be able to use the facility. Location is very clean and well maintained. They have an Olympic sized pool as well as a hot tub and sauna. They also have other areas with workout machines, walking/jogging track, and basket ball court (although we only used the locker rooms and pool/hot tub).
Staff is both friendly and helpful. Answered our questions and helped provide any guidance and/or assistance needed. Especially commendable that staff didn't brush us off as merely tourists/resort guests. Location also have on-site trainers on staff, but we also didn't use this service during our stay.

We used the Hart center twice during our stay. Staff was mostly helpful and friendly. Large pool and good fitness facilities. Bring your own basketball if you want to shoot some hoops!

When I take my friends here...they cannot believe a city with a population of 2400 has a facility like this! Chris Matthews runs it and he is a super guy. The Hart Center has a workout space with at least 20 machines, a walking/jogging track, an Olympic size pool, a hot tub, a sauna room, a yoga/zumba/stretching/room with insructors, a half court basketball court and pickleball court...ALL INDOORS. On top of that it has great lockerrooms with clean showers! If you visit or move to Fairfield Bay you need to check out this place!

$9.75 is the daily rate. Punch cards are also available. $60 for 10 visits and $105 for 20 visits. One punch per person per day. They also have various membership prices too.
