Superbly designed bio parc / zoo with great newish aviary/ free range area, with sloth , marmoset & birds able to fly/ soar. We've been here many times over years, when kids were young and now child free.
Minor Quibble - the annual pass is bit of faff to do if not holder l Spansh DNI or movil
Bigger Quibble over years ....WHY do you need irritating electronic music by open air cafe seats.🫣🙄...it's an amazing place to watch gibbons but experience is spoilt by thumping bass. We asked friendly cafe guy if it could be turned down/ off ...he asked inside but clearly told not possible. Is it zoo policy ? Why exactly in.a nature Bioparc🤔

Attracted by the reviews, we decided to visit this park with our children.
Upon arrival endless queue, only one cashier open despite having already purchased tickets online.
At the entrance they seized the.food we had brought, saying they fear we give it to animals. Are you kidding me? If we bring food, maybe we have food problems or just don't want to be forced to spend at your
restaurant. Nothing to do, food seized.
The park is nice for the settings but the animals are few and in small spaces. There are no shows, just a few moments of explanation.
So you can't eat except in the restaurant area where you obviously spend more money.
Basically 100 euros for admission and another 50 for eating. No, it's not worth it.

Very nice and manicured park. Not too big, but sufficient for a few hours of fun. I was pleasantly surprised. Nearby plenty of parking. December was not busy at all. Lots and lots of green. Manicured animals. Our children aged 4 and 6 were very enthusiastic, also very nice aquariums. You saw that keepers of the animals did this with a lot of passion.

I went to this park thinking it would be a disappointment, due to the size and location. I was completely wrong. It’s well laid out, super clean, great value for money and exciting.
We are a family of mum dad 15 year old daughter, and 18 year old son and his girlfriend. We all absolutely loved it. Well done to all the staff.

Best day out in a long time! Within easy walking 🚶♀️distance of sea front hotels, A very special place, the design and layout is spectacular and perfectly complements the wide variety of animals. Don't miss the aquarium and historical museum of navigation!

Highly recommend this place for family’s with kids up to let’s say 12 .
Playing area is cosy and food ok .
We spent a whole day there and my 8yr old loved it

The zoo is divided into different zones presenting different continents. There you will find many plants and animals as well as old buildings made of stone. There are also animal shows.

Me and my dad recently visited BioParc and had a fantastic day! We have been to many parks over the years but we both said this is one of the best parks we have been too! We loved the fact that the animals weren't behind small tiny cages. The animals are in open enclosures with plenty of space which was lovely to see. I really enjoyed getting up close with the lemurs and walking around their area of Madagascar. We spent about 3-4 hours walking round and we were shocked by how many different animals we saw from all around the world from sloths to monkeys to tigers to red pandas. A fantastic day!

We were 2 pensioners visiting and with a discount coupon available in our hotel (E2 each) we paid E19 which we felt was reasonable. Signs pointing to the Bioparc from the main shopping street would be useful. We tried to find it from a small street map and ended up down a side street in a park.
At the time of our visit there was a school party of around 60 6 year old children. In view of the overall size of the park you would have expected this to have spoilt our visit. It did not. The design meant that for the majority of time we weren't aware of their presence. We spent around 2 hours looking around but could probably have spent longer if we were younger or there were more seats spread around the park..
The zoo was well set out. We liked the way that each enclosure could be viewed from all sides so that you could nearly always get close to the animals. We liked the non-intrusive nature of the signs; if you wanted to read about the animals you could, but if not, your trip was not spoilt by constant signs everywhere.
Would we visit if we paid a return visit to fuengirola? Yes. Would we recommend you to visit? Yes. One of the better zoos visited and at E19 worth the money. Possibly slightly expensive for a family, which might deter them; a pity.

Bioparc is a 100% private park that is financed exclusively by visitor tickets. Maintaining a park with these characteristics and with this level of quality implies a high cost.

Hallo Dierenvriend,
Wij komen op vakantie naar Malaga,van 3 Jun tot 17 Jun 2023.
Zelf ben ik vrijwilliger bij Gaia zoo te Kerkrade, en heb daar ook 6 cursussen gedaan, aan verschillende onderdelen.
Daar mijn vrouw Anita,3 dagen per week moet dialiseren.
Is het mijn bedoeling om verschillende dagen , in Uw mooie park ruimschoots te komen bezichtigen.
Is er iemand in Uw park die Nederlands of misschien Deuts kan praten.
En heeft U misschien een mooi prijsje om Uw park meermaals te komen bezoeken in die twee welekn?
