It was a pleasure, honor and an unforgettable experience to have been introduced to the world of kitesurfing at freeyourmindexperience.
As absolute beginners we were educated about all safety measures and have always had a competent and patient trainer at our side, who has drawn us deep into the spell of kiting with practical tips!

Gained my first kite experience here (5 days of 2 hours, private). Thanks to Gonzalo who taught me in an efficient, patient and cheerful way during this period, has to ride my first meters. The hours in Los Lances were usually around noon and when the Levant was once too strong I was able to divert to Algeciras. Thanks to the whole team for the great time. Would love to come back!

Great kite lessons, Lilli is a great teacher who makes you feel safe and confident in the water. The overall communication and experience was amazing!

Due to the many positive reviews, I had decided on FYM and signed up for a kite course. I absolutely did not regret the decision! The private kite lessons at Lilli were mega and she explained everything from the ground up and built step by step. Safety of the student has always been paramount. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the wind on days 2 and 3, but that’s just part of it. On day 4 it was great again. Unfortunately we could not stay longer, otherwise I would have taken more lessons. I will certainly come back.

A coach to fall in love with! Or do you say coach? Through her experience, Lilli gave me absolute security. It gives you confidence in yourself and lets you discover new dimensions: sporty, individual and with all care it makes kitesurfing a unique experience for you. At different spots Lilli introduced me to the world of kitesurfing in no time. It promotes what is inside you, quickly senses what you are capable of and what you need to stand safely on the board. To improve further, I will be training with her again very soon, and recommend you to try the great training with her for yourself. I am 61 years old and had almost given up my dream of kitesurfing. Then Lilli showed me that almost everyone can kitesurf. It would all be a matter of proper technique and understandable instructions. And she was right!!! I found great fun surfing through FYM and will be back in Tarifa soon to learn more from her.

Having done a kite camp with Free your Mind twice before, this time I was in Tarifa for a shorter period of time and just wanted to do some kite lessons on the side. Lilli and team were once again super friendly, awesome, and professional when coordinating everything. Saul's teaching helped me to progress on some more tricky and nuanced parts of riding and I can say for sure that I have improved. The team knows exactly how to guide you and makes learning easy. Cannot wait to be back soon!

This is the third time I've been kitesurfing with Lilli and Free Your Mind in Tarifa and I'm definitely planning to do it again next year.
Many thanks for the small but great team around Lilli: super friendly and helpful, totally comfortable, flexible and enthusiastic about kiting and all water sports - I've also been surfing with Ingo on a less windy day and they also organize boat trips etc. if you feel like it.
I was really impressed by the family atmosphere that the small team - Lilli, Gonzalo, Ingo, Chris and Tanja - make so enjoyable. They are always motivated to organize a barbecues together, going out to eat in the city, a night of partying or just being together in the beach bars etc.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Free Your Mind in Tarifa!

everything fit great , very nice skipper , great impressions, dolphins seen very close to the boat and fun tube action with the kids... everything perfect ... water a bit cold ;-)

These guys are amazing. This is our third year with FYM and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, professional and really flexible. They really want you to progress with your kite surfing journey from baby steps and safety to getting that perfect turn and getting airborne. We love Lilly, Gonzales and the team.
