Disappointed detour on the way to the airport

We phoned the number on the website and listed here. No one answered. We drove out to the address and found the place. Unfortunately security and management do not let you in. They have many processes and there is no tour of the plant available.
We were directed to another venue where we could purchase product. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go there.
Would have loved to see, learn more or buy the vanilla.
