Great views over city and airport
Mayon was hiding behind the clouds but glimpses spectacular

La montée (25PHP) est un peu raide mais le point de vue sur la Mont Mayon est juste fantastique ! Petit plus, plusieurs boutique pour se restaurer vous attendes en haut :)

It has a nice and peaceful view of Mayon. Overlooking the landscape of Legazpi City. You can also buy your souvenirs from here. We went here to have our lunch (we prepared it beforehand). They have stores that sells food and drinks as well.

The place is near the Airport. Climbing the hill was definitely worth it. I certainly would recommend doing so between 6-8 am or 5-6 pm.
The view is amazing. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to see her majesty, the Mayon Volcano in perfecy glory. The Hill was known as the City protector when her majesty’s fury. It serves as the middle guy between mayon and the city.
There’s no entrance fee (walk or jog). I heard there is when you drive all the way up.
There are some activities the park offers, from zipline to rapel to atv.

Lignon Hill is the counterpart of Chureito Pagoda with Mt. Fuji in Japan. You all came from a far place to go to visit the World's Most Perfect Cone, this is the place to see its full glory. The Mayon Volcano here I believe is the definitive view. A very steep ascent for 15 minutes but once on the top it's super worth it and the expensive plane ticket investment has quite paid off much better than you anticipated. Go here late in the afternoon and EARLY morning 6am to 7am to see Mayon's perfect shape without clouds. Beyond that time, clouds will roll off and cover the top. There are lots of Mayon's viewpoints like Cagsawa Church, Embarcadero, Sumlang Lake, Quituinan Hills and more but this is THE VIEW of mayon volcano in its full majestic glory. Beside Mayon, you can see the whole Legazpi City and Daraga including the airport at the view deck. One of the places to see Mayon upclose and personal.

one bus or jeepney ride to legazpi. look for the loop 2 bus: or loop 1 i think, you can ask the driver if they'll pass by the lignon or just rode a trike. 50 pesos max from legazpi :)
