Beautiful environment, but.... all bad, typical "Slovak" services, not enough music for a lot of money, a shock from start to finish - raft, organization, horse-drawn carriages, bicycles... it wouldn't fit here if I he started to list everything, I would like them to stop coming to them completely, so that they can think about themselves, which unfortunately will not happen... I am perhaps a more demanding client than the majority of Slovaks visiting this attraction, who just lower their heads and are happy that they are , but for my money I expect some normal quality service, I hope that people will start writing their negative reviews, which they keep to themselves, so that it starts to have some weight... as long as I discourage at least one of their potential customers, the purpose will be fulfilled and I will satisfied

Vor řídí tyčemi 2 horalé v krojích a celou cestu vyprávějí a upozorňují na zajímavosti. Doporučuji !!!!!

Túto atrakciu určite treba absolvovať, nádherná príroda, krásna jazda po rieke a k tomu výklad od pltníka. Trasa je 9 km cca 1,2 hod. Späť môžete ísť peši, požičať si bicykel alebo premáva mikrobus 10 eur osoba.

Veľmi príjemný zážitok výrazne oživený rozprávaním pltníka určite doporučujem zažiť čarovný kút prírody s ľuďmi z ktorých sála láskavosť a dobro . Taká oáza krásy prírody aj človeka vhodne doplniť o prehliadku múzea Červený kláštor

Super zážitok, mnoho informácií a krásnych pohľadov,oplatí sa...veľa návštevníkov.Treba ísť hneď zrána. Lepšie z vyššia a pôjdete dlhšie.

Nádherná plavba so zaujímavým výkladom pltníka. Odporúčam všetkým ktorý sú v okolí a chcú zažiť niečo krásne. Počas našej plavby nebolo počasie úplne ideálne ale aj tak to bol nádherný zážitok

Nádherná plavba na pltích po řece Dunajec v Nár. parku Pieniny cca 9 km - krásné scenérie, výklad voraře k plavbě i historii vorařství na Dunajci. Návštěva Červeného kláštera.

When we arrived we saw one boat leaving. We were told that the next trip will start at 12:45, about 75 minutes waiting time which was ok for us. We planned to hike back and had a little drive back to our hotel and wanted to be backk home not "too late", so a start at 12:45 seemd just ok.
We paid (cash only) 15 € per person and started waiting - together with a family of five who paid just before us, so we were 7 persons waiting. When it was 12:45 and nobody was to be seen we went back to the cashier and asked. Since no onespoke good english or german it was hard to find out but they said "20 minutes" - okay, we waited another 20 minutes. After a little more than 20 minutes somebody appeared and said "5 minutes". It seemed we waited for another group of people...
Lastly we took of almost 45 minutes late - on board we were now 15 passengers (13 (not all thin) adults and 2 kids) and 2 staff. (The boat had written "12 ...." in Slovensk on board and I think it was only allowed for 12 passengers?!).
The trip itself was nice but the guide had only short pieces of information in German (none in English).
The hike back was beautiful but we had to hurry, because we started so late.
It is one thing to start late but the staff was not friendly when we asked for reasons and there was no chance to get our money back or any compensation like a free drink, a disocunt or a simple "sorry".
So we recommend doing a boat trip on this beautiful river but perhaps you should try another organisation.

Prvý krát som sa viezla na plti. Bol to zážitok na celý život. Pltníci boli milí, celou cestou nám rozprávali povesti o zákutiach pobrežia Dunajca. Opisovali prírodu, pomenovali skalné bralá a tiež sme sa dozvedeli, že sochu Panny Márie na brehu Poľska posvätil Ján Pavol, ktorý sa tu plavil, kým nebol ešte pápežom. Celú atmosféru dopĺňali slnečné lúče. Pristáli sme kúsok od Chaty Pieniny, kde pán Janko Gondek, je z rodu prvých pltníkov na Dunajci. Napísal aj krásnu knihu o Pieninách. Doporučujem každému aspoň raz v živote zažiť a prežiť krásu, súčasnosť a históriu v krásnej prírode, ktorú máme doma na Slovensku.

V květnu nebylo nutné rezervovat - odjeli jsme hned první možnou jízdou - nádherný zážitek, dobrá organizace, ochotný personál v celém areálu i občerstvení na konečné.
