while drinking coffee, enjoying the view of the rice fields which were still very beautiful and after that we went to bathe in the swimming pool with cool water, it was truly an extraordinary experience, we were very happy to be able to stop by this place🙏thank you very much🙏

We had a wonderful experience at the river club near the waterfall. The view is amazing, the place is stunning with great views, nice pools and outstanding service. We enjoyed everything from A to Z! Because you need to climb a little further (up the waterfall) it's really a hidden gem. We basically had the place for our own! Would definitely recommend to go here and take the extra climb!

Lovely setting near the waterfall, has plenty of potential to be excellent, although Bali’s tourism is only just kicking back up as of 2022.
Luckily we had the beach club mainly to ourselves on the lounging area with the dip pools higher up, only a few other couples dropped in for food, and/or drinks.
The staff are lovely here too, not pushy with asking you to buy more drinks, only came up to us once when we arrived and that was it. Pricing is good here too.
Only slight worry is that when is does get busy here, having only two toilets may become an issue, apart from that, this place is fabulous!

Nice place and view on top of tegenungan waterfall, this concept was amazing , still can improve service and staff courtesy, surya was amazing manager, very good hospitality.

I came here with friends ,
Just feel curious about this place , i saw a lot of post in IG about this place .
And woww its very nice play to chill.
Overall all is good . Staff are nice .
Just about the food , the portion is a bit small .
Definitely will be back .

The swing over the cliff and views of the waterfall and scenery from D'Tukad are great.
Unfortunately pro's stop there. We had the swing & lunch package. When we arrived, we asked for towels ordered cocktails and took a swim in the meantime to cool off. We were in the pool for roughly 15 minutes when our cocktails arrived, no cocktails allowed in the pool which is fair enough, so we hopped out to have our drinks. Towels were still not available although no one else at D'Tukad had towels either. Had our drinks standing up to dry off, the drinks were below average (same price as Finn's Beach Club and Potato Head but no where near the same quality). Whilst still standing to dry off we ordered the food that was inclusive of the package, which was limited to a few meals. Finished our drinks and starting to become disappointed we sat down for meals. Meals eventually came and at the same time we finally got some towels. Food portions were small and poorly cooked, one of the meals came out 20mins after everyone else's and was so disappointing it wasn't finished. Service from the staff through out was very poor with no care for attending to customers or ensuring they were satisfied with the food and drinks. Toilet facilities were gross and pools weren't especially clean.
So much potential given the views and layout of the club however it is lost on very poor service to the customers. They charge as if they are a premium club however fall very short of that. The best drinks we had were the Bintangs we resorted to having after the disappointing cocktails.

Does it have locker to keep our stuff?
As i was planning to directly checkout from my hotel and go here before heading to my next stay in Kuta.

yes they have lockers but if it's busy you might have a chance that they are full

How noisy is this place?
I wear hearing aids and don’t like really loud music - but it looks lovely with amazing views and could be a nice place to stop for a drink

If you got there early in the day you could sit away from the pool area on the second level.
The day we went the music was quite loud around the pool and a few were dancing-it wasn’t like a nightclub but I know hearing aids can pick up on vibrations and sound a lit.

Sorry hope this message isn’t to late. It will still cost $5 each for your kids I think but you get that off your bill at the end. The walk isn’t far at all. Your driver would know roughly where it is as it is on the same road as all the other swing places in Ubud
