Get lost in the hills!

Driving along Mulholland was a great experience. We saw the city from new perspectives and found some natural areas and dirt road sections. Fascinating to drive around and get lost in the hills.

We drove up Mulholland to the Hollywood Bowl

It’s a nice, iconic drive with very pretty views of the city. It looks just like it does in the movies with little hamlet homes tucked away among the hills.

Fantastic view of LA

Nice drive on the famed Mulholland Drive. The viewpoint is amazing. Very little traffic (at the viewpoint) considering this is an iconic viewpoint in the LA area. Can see the ocean and the mountains. Of course, seeing the houses along the route were nice too.

Beautiful drive and great way to see the city.

Make sure and stop at the overlook right by the Hollywood Bowl- spectacular spot to see the vast city onf LA.

Tra le case dei vip

Abbiamo dedicato 1 oretta del nostro tempo a percorrere un pezzo della Mulholland Drive, la strada che passa sulle colline di Hollywood con tortuose curve in mezzo a ricchissime case.
Sicuramente tra i proprietari di queste case vi è qualche vip, le lussuose dimore si affacciano direttamente sulla città lontane però dal caos e dal degrado in cui Los Angeles purtroppo versa.
Ogni tanto ai lati della strada vi sono affacci panoramici dove fermarsi con la macchina (piccoli parcheggi) e scattare qualche foto.
Belli i primi due venendo da Hollywood, panorama eccezionale sulla città e sugli studios.
La strada poi rifinisce verso il Getty Center e la superstrada che conduce a Santa Monica.
Se vi avanza tempo e volete curiosare in cerca di qualche vip fate pure, ma non è una delle principali attrazioni della città per cui a voi la scelta.

Beautiful Drive, Twice in a Day

Found it by accident then on a tour. Beautiful scenery and fun story telling on tour. A must see if you have heard about this Drive from the Movies to TV. Enjoy the views

Magnificent views of LA and the surrounding area

We had a nice drive down Mulholland Drive in the cool CA weather. The views were magnificent and the houses lining it were beautiful. My only complaint would be the limited parking to get to some of the best photo opportunities but being a residential area not all that surprising. Overall, a must if you are visiting the LA area.

Und es lohnt sich doch: Kurvenreiche Strasse mit viel Aussicht

Mir wurde immer abgeraten, den Mulholland Drive zu fahren. Ja, es hat viele Kurven, aber die Aussicht auf den vorderen und hinteren Teil von Los Angeles lohnt sich. Die Strasse ist auch interessant zu fahren und sicher besser, als auf einem Highway im Stau zu stehen. Fazit: Wer in Los Angeles schon alles gesehen hat und ein Mietauto hat, soll den Mulholland Drive mal entlang fahren.

Steep and winding road with stunning views

We drove and got out at an overlook. It is stunning. Many stars homes are on Mullholland Drive but they are hidden behind gates, shrubbery and trees. It is steep, winding road. If you have seen “Mullholland Drive” the movie, you will enjoy driving this road.
