Had no idea what to expect - and this opportunity truly surpassed my expectations.
Picked strawberries — easy and fun — that really smell and taste like strawberries.
Chickens there love in paradise.
A friend bought handmade bar of patchouli and pine soap that I want to use forever.

The selection is slim. I bought some strawberries which were wonderful. Otherwise the selection was slim. There wasn't much to choose from.

Love McGrath farms. They have animals and teach you about hoe the food is grown and what the differences are in the foods they grow.

I went here with family and while it was a pleasant enough place, there isn't much to do besides see horses and dogs unless there's an event. Newspapers and local magazines usually tell about these events and they're not bad, just not very often that I've seen.
The people dealing with the horses are nice, parking is not bad.

Convenient to highway 101, just off the Central Avenue off ramp on the edge of Camille. Locally grown produce, just like one seeks out in the urban farmers market. Fresh is an adjective for the roadside produce stand.

McGrath is a great family farm. McGrath was part of the original Camarillo family. Married of their daughters. The farm is open most of the year and you can pick your produce if available for picking.

Wir haben Freunde besucht die uns zur Pumpkin Patch mitnahmen. Die Kinder waren völlig begeistert. Danach war natürlich Schnitzen angesagt... Stop lohnt sich mit Kindern - auch der Parcours und die Traktorfahrt

This must be a seasonal and local place. For out of town visitors it isn't worth the drive. It is near the 101, and just West of the Camarillo Airport.
It is a small shed with some produce, but looks like during strawberry or pumpkin season they might have more going on.

If you live in Camarillo you need to visit McGrath Family Farm. Great year round local produce and flowers. Visit on holidays for a great day trip. I always go around Halloween for the hay rides and pumpkin patch!

McGrath's Farm is great for taking you back to America's roots - the family farm. Fun for all ages, but especially for children who may not understand where all the produce in the market comes from. You can harvest strawberries yourself in season. Lots of fun! ...
