“振奋人心的徒步”

从Fuller进入，穿过令人惊叹的大门，我们看到广袤的干裂大地，上面零星点缀着棕榈树。这里有完美的俯瞰美景。我们很喜欢在小径上徒步几小时，走去高处的观景点。在Fuller有个饮用水品牌在做推广，他们送了我们几瓶。在这样的户外活动中我们非常欢迎。眺望全城的景色美，早晨的清晰度更放大了这种美，非常值得来一趟。将全城一览无余后发现，原来LA的建筑都是底层的，更显得市中心少数区域里的摩天大楼高耸入云。

“能够看到洛杉矶的美景”

我们决定在鲁尼恩峡谷徒步旅行，所以前往N富勒大街——那天是星期二，所以由于街道正在清洁，禁止在街道的一边停车，但经过短暂的等待，我们幸运地把车停在了另一边。我们开始了E路线，通过灵感点然后到达顶部，最后回到消防F路。景色壮观，需要很多攀登。我们两人都喝了3升水(还有一只可怜的口渴的狗，哈哈)，所以多带点水吧。

Great walk

Even though the trail was busy it was a great walk - I'd just say to be aware of which parts of the trail are flat and which are not, because we did it the wrong way around...

One of the best hiking trails in LA

Runyon Canyon is THE BEST trail for hiking and amazing LA views. It's also a safe place to take the dogs for a stroll. The weekends get very busy so parking can be a challenge.

Great walk / hike and fantastic views!

Was in LA from out of state - staying for a long weekend.
Saturday morning “hike” was fabulous. Easy to get to Runyon given its central location
Parking can be tight and signage for parking in nearby neighborhoods is somewhat confusing - in fact - we received a parking ticket.
This didn’t deter us from a fabulous time - beautiful views of LA with downtown and the Hollywood sign easily visable.

Great climb into the Hollywood Hills

The trails are extensive but a short walk can take you to a great look out over the city. Parking is a bit of a challenge so expect to drive around to find a space.

Made a new friend hiking here

I’d love to hike it up again. Walking around, enjoying the view I think at 86 degree heat was nice. I went alone and saw another hiker that was also taking pictures and she asked me to help her take her photos. I was like only if you take my photo too! It was nice, after that we hiked together for a bit since we were going the same way. I entered from the top while she parked at the bottom. This was both our first time and from different cities. She told me about the tough hike up. I was just gonna do a short back and forth but since she did it, I wanted to do it too. So I circled up and felt the strenuous incline and saw different water station for dogs. Like a bowl by a tree, with water left by other hikers into a bowl.

I definitely stay hydrated and went up with my new Nike oneota be true sandals. They were pretty great for this hike.

I look forward to the next time I come around.

Great hike and beautiful views of city near Hollywood

My first time here and it was a great hike! Beautiful views and the loop route was challenging in a good way. The park is convenient to Hollywood and Highland and great to do while visiting the area. Do make sure to wear supportive shoes as portions of the trails are not paved but sandy so would be hard with sandals. Really enjoyed it!

Beautiful views

2021年12月

An absolute must for visiting LA and to see the sights and the Hollywood sign. We went on a week day, intending to end towards dusk. At the top of the canyon, can see out to the harbor and inland. It was beautiful. Lot's of people, but didn't feel crowded. Will go again.

Great hike with outstanding views!

Great hike, you can choose different paths. We chose the more challenging dirt path, but it was well worth it. Very slippery and steep at times, so wear the appropriate footwear. Amazing views of LA, the Hollywood sign, and mountains .

Runyon has a parking lot up at the top of the trail. It fills quickly so try to be there early. There is street parking around the bottom but check the signs for permit requirements

going to visit son who loves to hike but we are in our 60 an have bad knees and diabetic feet, he wants us to see the view but not sure we can do the walk?

Go to the top entrance of Runyon Canyon and you can walk down the paved road to the view. Will take about 30 minutes to get to the view. There are a a couple of benches on the way down or up to rest.

Hi there, Not really any great hotels near Runyon Canyon. The closest is an expensive hotel on Highland Ave. I can't remember the name, maybe it's a W, but it's huge hotel and expensive.

I'm middle aged and not in shape really. Is this a very difficult hike? I can walk for an hour or so. But is this uphill the whole time? Is there an easier path or a way to hike and then shortcut to the top ? Also. Are there rest rooms and pleases to buy water along the way?
