通过互联网提前买票更便宜。至少计划2个小时参观。转到世界邮轮中心停车-你必须支付停车费。上下楼梯处有一家礼品店，出口处有卫生间，如果有必要，您可以在离开前解个手。糟糕的是，这艘船不是第二次世界大战的配置，而是在80年代为冷战重新配置。

我和妻子在去游轮度假之前，有机会参观了爱荷华号纪念舰，真的很棒。这艘船的状况良好，摄制组今天仍在使用它进行拍摄。船上的物件到处陈列着，其历史尽显无疑，你可以访问船上几乎所有的部分。尽管我本可以做得更多事，但我们就在那里待了一个半小时。这里的礼品店有很多优质的商品可供出售，非常的棒，而不是通常礼品店提供的劣质商品。我花了29美元买了一顶帽子，还花了10美元买了一块被换掉的柚木甲板。店里还有马克杯、钥匙环、T恤卖，还有很多缝制徽章。我很喜欢这次的参观，还想再去一次。

我是一个历史爱好者，但在这个神奇的地方你可以近距离感知美国的历史。我们来之前提前做了一些功课，并遵循了一些领域人员的专业指导。我本只需在甲板下的沉船展览上花一个小时时间，但由于需要多次在梯子上爬上爬下，所以我花了至少两个小时。罗斯福是乘坐的这艘船去德黑兰会见丘吉尔和斯大林!太神奇了。这里的工作人员乐于助人，彬彬有礼，导游经验丰富，知识渊博，待人友好。小孩子可能会觉得无聊，不过他们可以看那些巨大的货船被装载或被拖出来——所以即使他们不喜欢历史，他们也有事可做。

Does the general tour allow you inside the 16" turrets? I don't see it mentioned anywhere even on the enhanced weekend only tour.

I went during the week and It does not allow you into the gun turrets. I can’t speak to the enhanced weekend tour.

My apologies if this is two questions in one, but we will boarding a cruise but would like to visit the ship before getting on board. Does anyone have any ideas about what to do with our luggage? Would we have to check in before hand to secure our luggage, then visit? Or is there a way to secure luggage prior to checking in? My kids are 3 and 7 so there's no way we would be able to carry anything. Also, we will be coming via shuttle, so can't store it in a car. Thanks!

We would encourage you to check it in at the cruise terminal first. They should be able to accommodate you early without a problem. Currently, we do not have a luggage check-in. If you do run into problems at the terminal, please check with our ticketing office and we will do our best to assist.
